Update: It seems it was an honest mistake on scheduling. Thank you for resolving the issue. Ronnie was able to reach out and re-schedule with us and gave us a quote. He was responsive to all my questions. We are waiting on a few more quotes and see.

Great and fast service. Needed my air conditioning fixed same day it stopped working and they came out and fixed it. Good people. I would use them again over other services we have used in the past.
