Ultra Air

I had a great experience with Ultra Air. I had the company inspect my furnace. It needed to be replaced. They were able to do replace it quickly and affordably. They were very reliable. I would recommend them and use this company again in the future.

This company rocks! Air went out on the hottest day (of course)and they were able to come out and fix the problem! Highly recommend, professional service at a fair price.

I called th contractor and explained my unit was not working .... after responding to all his questions and explaining what I thought was the problem with my unit...I was told that he can come and perform a diagnostic ... but I never heard from contractor again. This is very poor customer service! Contractors seem to want to pick and choose their customer based on the price tag and take advantage of customer vulnerability during hot weather conditions.

After getting proposals from four HVAC contractors we elected to go with UltraAir. From the first phone call with Donna, to the technicians, Derek and Bosco, to the Project Manager, Bobby, who responded to every phone call and email promptly, everything was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with the results.

I have used Ultra Air for several years. Their work is excellent. They are reasonably priced and extremely responsive.

Rich and staff are great from beginning to end I have been a customer for years. The staff is courteous from the
first hello until job is complete. I recommend their maintenance contract. Great service call them!

Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They would come to your house waste hours of your day and won’t even get back to you with an estimate. When you follow up they would lie straight up.
