Yuhan Heating & Air Conditioning

Yuhan did excellent work on my new house. We contacted several Water heater company to replace water heater on my new house. Unlike other companies. Not only they estimated on water heater they also gave me so much simple information to avoid serious damage in the basement after water heater was installed. They gain my trust at this point because I felt like they care my house like theirs. Their work was excellent. Price is also reasonable. You might think it is little expesiive compare to individual contractor who doesnt have license or permit to fix the unit but if you see their great customer service then you will totally agree that it is worth it. I highly recommend this company for everyone. By the way, I am getting new heating system from this company later this year. I will write another review after getting it done.

This is the second time I've used Yuhan and both times we had the same technician, Damien. We're very happy with the results. Both in person and over the phone they were very professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain everything patiently to me. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Great communication, technically knowledgeable, meticulous and nice attention to detail. Very highly recommended. Yuhan provides maintenance and service for our Mitsubishi City system. It isn’t easy to find good HVAC contractors but you won’t be sorry you called Yuhan.

Update on July 17, 2021
I had my AC replacement/installation today. I really appreciate those three professional technicians: Romeo, Carlos and Pedro who did a fantastic job for us! They were here on time and had their masks on all the time. They were very efficient, professional and took care of our requests immediately. I am very confident and comfortable with their works.

The Yuhan team in the office also took good care of our situation. They responded quickly, and Jose kept me in the loop on the progress of the equipment ordering. I feel thankful to have this great team to take care of my AC replacement in this hot summer time!

Update in July 2020: I had another issue with my AC last week, Yuhan responded very quickly and sent Roque over to fix the problem. In this pandemic, Roque has PPE to protect customers and himself, so that gave me a peace of mind. He was very dedicated to this job and made sure that everything single issue was fixed. I truly appreciate the great job from Yuhan and Roque!

I had an emergency situation with my AC, and called them at 7:30 am in the first day of the long weekend. They sent a great technician Sam to my place in the afternoon and solved the problem right away. Sam was very detailed, patient and professional. He explained the issue and taught us how to prevent it in the future. On top of that, He noticed a problem of the boiler and brought to our attention, so we can look into it before winter. It was a great experience working with the company and Sam, for sure I will use their service again!

We used Yuhan services couple of time in the past and they have been very good. Recently we had a new technician Roque who came in to diagnose a heating problem. He was very professional and took his time diagnosing all possible root cause of the problem before successfully recommending a fix. Very happy with the service and definitely will ask for Roque for the next service.

As a new customer, I am extremely satisfied with Yuhan. I highly recommend Damion who came earlier than the scheduled time which was great. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest. He diagnosed the problem and immediately resolved it. He has earned our loyalty for all future a/c and heating servicing.

We replaced 30 years old steam boiler to new one 3 weeks ago. They gave me free estimate and installation was done with promised date. It only took 1 and half days to complete the work. They did great job, covered all floors before the work and cleaned entire basement after they finished. I really liked their great work and clean job. My nightmare turned to happy ending. Yuhan installed a new heating furnace and an AC in my house. They gave me an excellent offer, compared to competitors. They cam a crew of 4 people at 8am and finished the whole job at 5pm, at the same day. They removed the old system and installed the new one, including a humidifier, and an air filter. Yuhan's representative - Justin was extremely nice, and professional. I highly recommend Yuhan for any HVAC work.

My 40 year old HVAC system finally broke down and with hot and humid weather approaching, I was hoping to get a replacement properly, quickly, and smoothly. Yuhan was highly recommended to me and I went with them over another HVAC company that had done work in my complex previously. From customer service, ordering parts, the proposal to actual installation, startup, and follow-up...I found them to be very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

They were recommended by a friend. We had a leak and they responded quickly. Extremely professional and quickly assessed the issues.
