Yuhan Heating & Air Conditioning

We hired Yuhan Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our hot water heater. The technician Rocco came out and completed the service call. We absolutely have no complaints with the work that was completed, the technicians did an amazing job. However, the biggest issues we faced was the lack of communication and the inability to follow-up. After the new heater was installed, it was not explained to us that an inspection was required. After reaching out to the office numerous times for an update on the next phase , we were told that someone would called back regarding our concerns, days would pass without anyone following up. We would call again to be told the same thing. What made this situation even more frustrating was the fact that after paying for the cost of the job in full, they were still sending us invoices regarding the service call after we were informed that if we used their company for the job, the price of the service call would be included in the overall price to which we paid in full on the date the job was preformed. After constant follow-ups, speaking to Favio and awaiting a response from Jose, the inspection was finally completed and then we were hit with another bill for the inspection. The only reason why the score is not lower is because of the great job of the technician and not administration.

We hired Yuhan for several project, including: a new air condition & heating system, hot water heater and baseboard heaters in our Fort Lee home. Stephen, the company President, and his team are fantastic. From the initial proposal, through installation, to completion of the project, Yuhan was incredible.

Yuhan went the extra mile to design a system that surpasses our expectations. The company delivered with excellent results. Because of Yuhan, we are now able to meet our heating and cooling needs. Stephen also designed a split zone system that enables our system to operate more energy efficiently. This saves my family money on our energy bill.

John came by to fix AC issue. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and answered all questions.
Now, the agony of suffering in the heat for several days due to the air conditioning problem has been forgotten, and only good memories remain thanks to John and Yuhan team.
We don't want the problem to happen again, but if it does, we will contact Mr. John Jeon and Yuhan team again without hesitation.

Everything was smooth and professional from the estimate to the wrap up. The installation was completed in the time frame given and started with careful protection of the flooring surfaces they would walk on from door to all the walls getting air handlers for the mini-split. The installation ended with a thorough check of the system and a complete clean-up including vacuuming and sweeping.

I plan on using them again for all maintainence and to replace an older mini-split system that came with the house when it needs to be replaced.

Been using the company years now. Always reliable and courteous. had one of AC unit replaced last year, which I was very satisfied. Always pleasure doing any business with Yuhan!

The Yuhan team came by today to replace my furnace and central AC unit. The team was very professional and worked very hard. Yuhan was the most professional company that came and gave me an estimate so I decided to go with them. Yuhans price was very fair and competitive. All of my questions were answered and a thorough run down of the unit was conducted after they were complete. I am extremely happy with the work that they did and would hire them again. 5 star service from start to finish.

I rarely leave my review but one event made me come up here to leave this "short" story in the symbol of my deepest appreciation for their service.
Actually, it's been a while and almost 5 years ago for Yuhan to have replaced my old heating and cooling system. After then, I had no problem using them without any hassle or trouble except replacing the thermostat AA type battery.

However one day I had a problem with my AC and there was NO airflow at all but just frequent power on and off situation going on with it. I called and requested service for dispatching someone to take care of it. Yuhan sent me one technician immediately and once he took care of it, the system started to work but again.....it goes off just in 2 days.

To be honest, I was kind of disappointed with that situation since I've already paid for a basic trip charge, which they called, but still not working properly so, I nicely complained about the situation what my AC system got back to the same condition before I requested service. Yuhan dispatched another technician named, Damian and for a while, he checked out this and that based on the information I proved him (since I consider myself a kind of handyman) and it took almost over an hour but finally, he figured it out and the problem was caused by the unstable and old wiring matter, not a fuse, electric switch or mother board matter that I strongly doubted at all! Once he found out the problem, he went over new wiring things, and boom!
The system got back on to the original condition and now I'm so happy with his performance and truly appreciate what Yuhan coordinated everything. Although it costs for installing a new wiring job, I believe that it was the most cost-efficient way to have saved my as* at the end. lol

So, it's my pleasure to recommend Yuhan to anybody who is looking for a decent and honest HVAC contractor along with the so humble and friendly technician, Damian!

Customer service is also great. My condo asked for COI and other paper work the day before the service. They took care of it asap and were very responsive to all requests.

From the few times I used Yuhan for small problems, to the recent week long heat wave when my entire Central Air died, (and due to Covid the factories did not have any new inventory) Stephen went out of his way and overcame every obstacle to ensure I was taken care of. He didn't stop until he found everything i needed and his team installed it neatly, professionally and timely. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence. They are truly a reputable, quality driven company that excels in the customer experience!
