Dufresne Plumbing & Heating

It is regretful, I have to write a bad review.. Alan from Dufresne plumbing and heating, came to my house, back in April, furnace had a trouble code, he replaced the pressure switch.. I asked him to research the trouble code, for future problems, he said he would. I never heard from him, I called him and left him 3 messages, last week, furnace was not working..Tenant has been in the cold almost a week, sad to say, not impressed with his service work, clearly he is no good at trouble-shooting or returning emergency calls, on something he was the last person working on, for this, he gets one star.

Installed a Rinnai boiler and a Rinnai water heater in our Rye house. Perfect job, on time and on budget. I highly recommend Allen for any of your needs, and will use him again on future projects.

Alan has always been courteous and efficient with every job so far. I don’t expect that to change.
