We called to have our shower serviced...turns out the pressure balancing valve and mixer cap (?) needed replacing. Tech said that our particular shower parts were obsolete and it would take a few weeks to get the parts. He was here for less than 30m and took our owners manual. 4 weeks later the tech returns with the parts, and has it fixed in less than 30m. The kicker...$500+ invoice. I checked the part numbers online and could've gotten them for almost 1/3 the price and had them delivered well within a week. When I called and questioned the bill, they basically defended the charges. On top of it all, the tech paid poor attention to detail...had misaligned the knobs. We actually have additional plumbing work that needs to be done but will be looking elsewhere for those services. Very disappointed...

Just had this company come in and replace my cast iron drains with pvc. Overall I am satisfied. The work took 6 hours as quoted and looks good. I do have a few issues which is why I am not giving 5 stars. 1. They didn't clean up after themselves. By that I mean the dirt and grime they left behind. This wouldn't have been an issue except they apologized for me having to clean up. I believe they should have cleaned up after themselves. It's part of the job. 2. The area they were working in had water lines and they must have hit one of them which is now dripping. I can't really blame them but when I pointed it out they just said, oh that was like that. It wasn't leaking before you got here but after you did the work it was. Take responsibility for it and fix it. 3. After they put the toilet back in place it would no longer fill back up. I called the office and the gentleman I spoke with was rude and said well that's a supply issue not drain which they worked on. I pushed and eventually I had someone back out and they fixed it. Overall I caution anyone looking to hire this company. They do decent work but be careful.

Had them come out to fix a leak related to my shower. I was originally impressed with the work until I showered the next day. The handle on my shower now cannot be used. Nobody ever told me this so I called back to complain. They sent someone else out immediately but all he told us was to buy a new handle because I have the wrong one and he left. My shower handle worked fine before they came and now we have to take it off in order to shower and I have to pay for a new one. Does not seem right but I guess they will not be doing anything to fix it.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They came out for a carbon monoxide leak last week. Two technicians sat in front of my heating system for over an hour and told me there was nothing they could do, they need to order some parts. When they left I called Peter from live free heating and cooling. Within 1/2 hr he found the problem and had it fixed within the hour. There was a huge birds nest in my fresh air intake and outtake vents. Harry wells sent us the C squad 🤣

Big shout out to Roxanne and Jim. Roxanne (work dispatcher) sent me Jim within 20 minutes of my call. Jim was in and out of my house inside of an hour . He was very determined, clean and effecient.
Problem called: Remove and replace botched install of toilet.
Very reasonable fee and great service.

We woke up to no heat the day after Thanksgiving. I called for someone to come out and within a 1/2 hour they were there. My problem was fixed within an hour. I would highly recommend this company!

Just had a water heater installed by them and they arrived on time, did a very good job, answered all my questions and charged a very reasonable price compared to others I got estimates from. I'm definitely hiring them again in the future.

I have to say I was hesitant to hire them due to all the negative reviews. After calling everyone in town & getting an $1800 estimate from heritage I did & I'm glad it worked out They were the cheapest service call in town They came early, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and fixed my problem for only $250.00 I'll be calling them from now on thanks guys

I've used these guys before they have always been good. the last time I used them they farmed out the work. I did not appreciate it. especially when they finished their work they didn't plug my pump in and I had flooding in my basement from my ac condensate pump.

Don’t work with these people. Check out their reviews on BBB before you consider hiring them. Also look at the Attorney General’s office for reviews on this company. I worked with them and am sorry I didn’t check these sources first!
