I'm glad the first company didn't answer their phone during open hours, I'm also glad the 24 hour service company gave me a window of arrival of 6-10 hours later. I'm especially glad John answered his phone and Dalton was able to make it there 1-1/2 hours later and fix it before the 90 plus degree temperature set in with a dead AC. Honest, knowledgable, and professional. I will call them first every time now!

Unbelievable customer service! I had my central AC diagnosed by a “large company” and they said it was “non-repairable” and would cost quite a bit for a new one. John at Temp by Design was recommended to me. I called and he found time a couple days later to come to my townhouse. I wanted a quote for a new central AC system however he wanted to take a look at what might be wrong with the current “non-repairable” unit. I was gobsmacked when he diagnosed the problem and easily fixed it in just over an hour! John is very professional and explained everything he did. Plus most important I know he’s a great businessman and can be trusted. When it’s time for any HVAC work in my home I will only call Temp by Design!

My wall unit air conditioner decided to break right before a brutal heat wave 😩😩. I called John frantic to get it fixed. John was professional, compassionate about our situation and reassuring to us that he would get out to us that same day. He arrived in the sweltering heat and did an amazing job finding the problem. Within an hour, we were up and running again. Cool as can be!!! I was never so thankful to him for all that he did and would highly recommend him to family, friends, acquaintances or anyone that may need HVAC services. I have used John for 15 years for both repairs and replacement of our HVAC equipment. He's always responsive, even if there is 2 feet of snow outside. Latest project was a rooftop package unit replacement. John's price was very fair and he beat others turnaround time by weeks.
