P&M was recommended from my Dad who had used him previously. I called him and told him I had some plumbing issues. He called me back right away. He came that afternoon. SUCH a great dude. Fixed it that day. Great price. Highly recommend. Hundred percent. I will call him anytime I need a plumber. Thank you so much !!! My flooded basement was no fun. 🤘🏼

Had trouble with the furnace on a Sunday morning. He showed up within an hour, immediately knew what the trouble was and had us fixed very quickly. Very nice and polite. I will definitely call them again.

I called at 7 pm and Ernest was here 10 minutes later to re-solder the pipe joint that broke when I clumsily fell onto it and used it as support. Really friendly guy and great service. He was out of here by 7:30 pm.

Ernie helped my wife and I right before a solid -5° NH chill. He was on time, communicative, and got the furnace back to full strength in no time.

Came out to look at a simple job got told what was wrong said needed parts would go out to get parts & be back later. No call No show for rest of day. Next day called said he would be out that day in afternoon No call No show. Left msgs did not return my calls, next day Nothing, NO CALL NO SHOW NO COMMUNICATION at all. Very BAD customer service felt disrespected. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Responsive to an emergency call. Wonderful in consideration of time of others, clean job within estimate. The call was on behalf of friends but already in my contacts!

I don’t recommend this place. Charging $125 just to come out and see the issue. Other companies will come and check it out for free and are much more fairly priced. This is the type of company that upsells you on any given chance and I don’t need to say much more.

Fixed our issue quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. The technician was personable and professional!

Returned our emergency call very quickly and was at our home in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the problem in no time. Would definitely recommend!

Answered an early Sunday morning call and came to replace my leaking water heater. No complaints from me!!!
