Called on Friday and he came Saturday morning. Took less than two hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. Fair priced. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them to service our boiler as well from now on.

I was referred to Ernie by my very close friends. He was in my home for 20-25 minutes to switch a wax seal on my toilet and charged me $250. When I called the next day that my toilet wouldn’t flush and the water level was low. he argued that it was nothing he did.
He finally offered to come back, but by then, I was done.
I was nervous he would charge me again.

Ernie came to look at a heating issue related to a sensor in the radiant flooring. Unfortunately it is something needed to be fixed by the original installer, but Ernie went out of his way to find a way to fix the issue and keep the house nice and warm for now. He couldn’t fix it completely but refused to take any money. I truly appreciate his kindness and will not hesitate to call him or refer him for any future needs.

I called Ernie and he came out and fixed it right away at an affordable cost. Thank you so much Ernie!!! What a great person and business owner. know who I will call next time.

Boiler decided to completely quit during these record cold November temps and a whole new boiler was needed. Due to the cold, most companies were too busy to do the job for at least a week. Wife called P & M and left a message. Ernie returned the call a few minutes later and within a half hour was at my house. Quoted a price and returned the following morning. New boiler was installed and operational within a few hours. I highly recommend P & M and will definitely use again when the need arises.

I second all the other reviews. Ernie is amazing. Our water heater needed to be replace Friday morning. I called Ernie at 8:00. he was at my house by 8:30, water heater was replaced and running by 10:30. All this at the best price in Concord. I will not use anyone else for HVAC services

We just had P&M do our annual service after all other local firms told us there was a 8-12 week waiting list. We were selling our home and needed it done asap. Ernie came the following Monday! Great guy, honest to the bone and we highly recommend him for all your furnance needs. We will certainly be staying with P&M from now on!

We recently moved to Bradford NH into a new home. When in the middle of the night our carbon monoxide alarms alerted us to high levels of carbon monoxide detected. As well as wired alarms throughout the house we also had plugged in alarms so we knew this was the real deal. With a house full of pets and being the dead of winter we had to open all the windows and turn off our heater. When morning hit we frantically called heating repair companies. This being the second company we called the man ensured me no problem he would be at our house at 4. He was even so kind to give me his cell phone. Relieved now that someone was coming we stopped calling around. 4 o’clock came by and no one had arrived yet. We texted making sure they did not get lost no text back. We waited 2.5 hours before we gave up. No one would answer their company phone or their cell phone. During a dire time we had no heat in our house and wasted a whole day waiting for someone to come that bailed on us. We wished they bother to even call us saying they could not come since we could of gotten someone else out. That night was below zero where we worried our pipes were going freeze we had to now call another company to come out do an emergency in house service. We now had to lay double for off the hour service of another company we never should have had to pay if this company actually came through. I’m mind blown how they could even be 5 star. Most undependable unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Don’t count on them for emergencies.

This company is fantastic. I lost heat and called around 8pm on a holiday and he returned my call within minutes. He was at my house in less than twenty minutes and after a short time my furnace was fixed and heat restored. Very reasonable charges for both parts and labor.

My fiancé and I are new home owners in the city on Concord and I decided to give this gentleman a call due to leaking in our steam heat. He came out to our house on a short notice one Sunday evening (there within 10 minutes) and coached us on the ins and outs of steam heat, tightened some bolts, and most of all gave us peace of mind. So thankful and appreciative of him! I would recommend to anyone.
