Devin was fantastic. Incredibly responsive, professional and walked me through what was going on and how he was going to fix the issue. He charged a very reasonable price and I couldn't be happier with him and Triumph. Definitely recommend him to anyone!

I called early this morning because we woke up to a 50 degree house and no heat after a heating issue overnight. I got a call back from Devin within an hour letting me know that he could be there within 40 minutes. It was one of the coldest days of the year and I couldn’t be more grateful for the fantastic response time and service. After determining what part we needed, Devin assured me he would find one for us today so we didn’t have to go another night (and one of the coldest of the year) without heat. He called that he found the part an hour away and was on his way to pick it up. Not only was he driving this far to help us, he also refused to charge us travel time or mileage. He came back to install it and found another issue which was quickly diagnosed and fixed and we were back up and running before dark. I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism and customer service we received today. THANK YOU.

Devon and team did a great job installing a new water heater for us. We were without hot water for days. They came quickly and we're very knowledgeable about product and questions we asked. They were not over priced compared to others and found time for us immediately. Thanks guys would definitely hire them again.

We had Triumph Heating and Cooling install our mini split A/C system. Devin helped us through picking the right system for our house and advising us throughout the process. The installation went great and looks fantastic; Josh did a outstanding job with the installation. I would highly recommend Triumph Heating and Cooling.

It is hard to say enough about the service we have received from Devin and Triumph Heating and Cooling. This year we needed to replace our furnace in our camp. I researched potential HVAC companies and was very impressed by the online reviews that Triumph received. I reached out to them and received a very competitive quote. Based on their reviews and the quote, we gave the job to Triumph and are thrilled with the results. Devin delivered on everything he promised and exceeded all of our expectations. That alone warrants a five star rating but the story doesn't end there. This weekend we lost our heat in our primary home. After some self diagnosis, I called Triumph to see if they could pay us an emergency visit to help us out. Devin was slammed this weekend due to the cold temps but came down from Hopkinton to the seacoast this morning to fix our furnace. I am going to swallow my pride and tell you that within 5 minutes, Devin determined the problem was due to weak batteries in the thermostat. Yup, replaced the batteries and the furnace fired right up. Despite being up until 1:30am servicing furnaces and driving down here on a Sunday, Devin didn't charge us for the visit! If you want HVAC service you can trust, at a reasonable price, and a company that will treat you MORE than fair, I can't recommend Triumph Heating and Cooling enough!!

Devin was wonderful. He did a great job performing the seasonal cleaning/maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. I was very impressed with his honesty and feel he is very trustworthy. There were no “surprise charges”. I will definitely utilize his services again and recommend him to others.

We are so thankful for Triumph Heating and Cooling. This past weekend we woke up to NO HEAT here in NH, single digit temps outside and yet another snowstorm on its way. We are new residents here in NH, therefore reached out to our neighbor FB group to get some suggestions on who to call. Everyone recommended Triumph. After calling them, Devin showed up within 10 minutes to assess our situation. Thankfully it was nothing major and he was in and out in 5 minutes. My husband was impressed with his quick response on a Sunday, his professional attitude, and his friendly personality. Will definitely be using them for our annual maintenance program for our heating and air units. Thank you Devin!

I want to thank Devin & his crew for the great job they did installing our new mini split heating & cooling system. They were very professional and thorough. They went above & beyond to ensure everything met our expectation, resolved some early issues immediately and checked backed with us several times to make sure we are satisfied and they system is working as advertised....thanks again!!!!

The Team at Triumph came over to my house within hours of me calling them about a condensation leak in my Furnace. I called in the afternoon and they were over to diagnose the problem that evening. They took ample time and walked me through the issue with the unit and proposed the most cost effective solution. They followed up the next day and returned promptly with the necessary parts for repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Central NH area.
