Devin at Triumph was absolutely fantastic! Very, very personable, dependable and on it. I called him, told him we were without heat, and he was here within an hour and half tops to check it out! He was able to get our new part (blower motor) and install it same day. He kept in contact with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend and will be using Triumph again if needed. Couldn't have asked for a better technician. Thank you!!!!

Devin Coleman and his HVAC company are hard to beat. I called, Devin came, and he solved my AC problem within a half an hour. I am a local building inspector and I am very impressed. He connected his diagnostic equipment, read the meter, and quickly explained what the problem was and what likely caused it. A few minutes later, he had my AC pumping out very cold air! What a relief! My experience with Triumph Heating & Cooling was exceptional. I highly recommend Devin and his team!

From the first visit the owner Devan, to each of the technicians that came out to the house the experience was superb! I can tell Devan runs an excellent business and he takes great care of his employees. Devan gave me several choices for my mini split heating and cooling system for my home and answered all my questions. When Devan said something was going to happen such as a call to confirm the next steps or when they would be coming out to the house to do the install, it just happened. Communication was top notch. Product quality and selection was great, they used Lenox equipment. Their pricing was lined up with their level of superb customer service and worth every penny. I will be taking advantage of their club membership to help keep my system worry free and in working order. I highly recommend having them out for your heating or cooling system whether its repair, maintenance, replacement or a new install, they have what it takes to get the job done, right. Wonderful experience! I woke up with no heat on a holiday. They arrived within two hours. Thorough explanations and left me in a better situation than when they arrived all around.

These guys did stellar work. Complete removal of an old oil fired boiler including remote tanks, then installation of a new gas boiler with hot water tank. Very high quality work and plumbing that looks like a work of art. Very impressed!

Furnace went 8 yrs w/o survive. Came in cleaned it, serviced it. Up and running in no time.. Like brand new again.

I got three bids for mini splits and Devin was the only one to look at my electrical (100 amp) and figured out we could free up the juice needed by switching our range from electric to gas which we wanted to do anyway. He was also the least expensive bid even with running a gas line for the new range. He also threw in the install of the new range, hauling away the old one, and servicing our existing furnace for free. He and his crew showed on time and got a big job done in one day. Everyone was very professional and answered every question I had. I very highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

We had a great experience with Triumph Heating & Cooling who installed a mini-split heating/cooling system in our cabin in Hopkinton. Devin Coleman was great! He quickly returned our call, showed up exactly when promised to take a look at things and explained all the options for the system. He gave us a competitive quote and installed the system as soon as the equipment came in a few weeks later. I really appreciate his communication and responsiveness. He and the team were very polite and careful during the installation and did a great job. We are really happy with both the system and the service. I'd definitely recommend Triumph and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The team at Triumph was responsive, kind, professional and did amazing work. They were the only company I was able to find willing to come out the same day to evaluate a leak from my tankless water heater. It needed to be replaced and within a few hours I had a quote. The next day they showed up to do the install. John and Chris did an excellent job and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I'd recommend this team to anyone needing service or installation work.

I recently had a furnace installed and there were constant issues with the thermostat(s). Eventually, the power blew on the new one, and it wouldn't turn on at all. Knowing it was nearly after hours on a Friday and I was looking at a super hot weekend without central air, I did a quick google search and, based on their excellent reviews with people claiming same-day service, I gave a call and left a voicemail. I got a call, literally, less than a minute later. It was Devin, the owner, who was out on a job and said he could be there in about an hour. An hour later, there he was. Super pleasant, friendly, and most importantly, fixed my problem right away. My oil company, who installed my furnace, wired it wrong and it was sending double the voltage, burning out the thermostats. Not happy about that of course, but super pleased with Devin and his team. Will absolutely be using them to service my heating and cooling in the future, and will leave oil deliveries to the oil company.
