    I had a ductless system installed in September of this year. Devin provided great communication throughout the whole process from quoting to install. His lead tech, Chris was very nice and informative throughout the install process, his assistant Oliver was nice as well and the electrician, Rich was great too. They all worked efficiently and completed 3 head units and condensor install in one day. Cleaned up after themselves too. Would highly recommend this Company.

    I had no heat in my house. Triumph scheduled when I was available, texted me when on the way, and even let me locate the driver for time updates. Wore shoe coverings upon entering the house.
    They got my heater working and picked up after themselves! Great job Triumph!

    Friendly, forthcoming and did great, clean work. They converted my condo from a traditional boiler/water tank to a combi boiler. They were very responsive to my questions and took pride in the work.

    I called yesterday about 2nd floor forced water baseboards not heating up. They were at my place the this morning. I was really impressed with response time and professionalism of Devin, who I talked on the phone. Jordan came to fix the water releases valve that was faulty in timely manner. Very satisfying experience!!

    We executed a contract for full HVAC installation and gave the required 50% deposit.. Triumph scheduled the work 3 weeks out. They failed to show at the scheduled time.....after chasing them, Devin , the owner, promised that they'd start in a week (specific date) and that he felt he owed me a credit for his failures and lack of communication. Again, they failed to show.....and didn't call to advise......so I again tried to chase him/them down and get it scheduled......he then had his admin call me and advise that he couldn't fulfill the contract and was refunding the deposit. It's now a week and no credit has been rec'd. We're Seniors and now are forced to purchase 6 space heaters to heat the house......now having to find another firm to do the install.....prob 4-6 weeks out if we're lucky. Couldn't have been a worse experience!
    Update as of 12/5.....still no credit for install Triumph cancelled....promised check last Friday....and no show/no check.....stay away from Triumph.....may now need to refer to attorney

    Devin kept consistent communication going during my sudden furnace shutdown after a storm, frigid weather and Christmas holiday. Tech support was friendly, professional. I am thankful for this assistance and knowledge that this company responds 24/7.

    I found Triumph Heating and Cooling via Angie's List when our hot water heater was on the fritz this Thanksgiving. I called them up and explained some of the issues I was seeing. Devin from Triumph explained the possible safety issues over the phone (back-drafting exhaust killing the pilot light and venting into the basement) and scheduled a time to come out to look over the issue ASAP. Once on-site at our home he walked through all the issues we had with this old system and recommended a fresh install with a commercial grade unit to fix not only our improper venting, but also corroded pipes, and improper propane hookup. Devin got us scheduled for an install the NEXT DAY.

    Thanks to some scheduling efficiencies Devin was able to come even early than he thought, and by 2pm we had hot water! The install was quick, he left things cleaner than it was when he arrived, and walked me through everything that had changed and explained the necessary maintenance steps. Worth every penny!!

    A heating system water pipe froze and burst this week with water pouring into the living room. MANY calls to various plumbers and all were just too busy for our emergency. One suggested we call to Triumph H&C and they were FANTASTIC from start to finish. Sherrie answered the phone and said she would call back to see how they could come the same day. She called back 30 mins later and said Jake would be here from 3-4pm. Jake was exactly on time and totally professional. He quickly repaired the heating pipe, refilled the line and tested pressures. A question arose later about the final invoice but was resolved quickly and fairly. I liked Triumph so much that I ditched our current furnace service plan and pre-paid a year of Triumph's annual service plan. I would rate ALL ASPECTS of my experience with Triumph Heating a 10/10 stars! ES/Salisbury NH

    The owner and staff were excellent. All were punctual, extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job with the installation. Great quality at very competitive pricing. They really took the time to explain the system and how to get the best results. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering ductless air conditioning systems. I would use them again, with out hesitation, for other services based on their performance installing our air conditioning system.
