As I was about to list my house for sale the heating system died and was not repairable! My budget was extremely thin as I had just finished years of renovations. Losing heating system was extremely unexpected as I had already replaced it just 8 years before so needless to say was not going to use my current heating company.

Discovered Triumph Heating on line and so greatful I did! From the moment Devin reached out and I explained my situation, he genuinely wanted to help! He didn’t try to just “sell “, Asked me questions and tried to give me a ball park estimate on phone so as not to waste my time. When decision made and we scheduled, there was a problem with getting correct equipment which made installation delayed. Devin put a substantial discount on final bill for inconvenience! This was so helpful especially with my lack of budget!!

When at my home doing work ( arrived exactly when they said) they were extremely professional, clean and respected surroundings and property.

I had Triumph install a brand new tankless hot water heater, at my business.They were prompt at responding to a message I sent them and gave me great advice in our first phone call. One hour later Devin gave me a quote. I felt he was professional and prompt and knowledgeable and able to help me in a timely manner and gave me a good value. They went out of their way to get the job done ASAP. John arrived at 8:15 in the morning and worked efficiently to install the unit. I couldn’t ask for a better job to be done. They are very professional. A++

When you live further out, it's hard to get quality people to come to your place at times. Our range required a new line run for propane and I couldn't find anyone willing to do the job. People were willing to come, but not for 3 to 4 weeks due to their schedule. Devin returned my call the same night and understood the pains of not having certain appliances available when you need them. He offered to come to my place the following day in the afternoon to make sure we had everything good to go. He is as personable as they come and is honest, does great work, and even went the extra mile to help fix another vent issue. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you need any work done. One of the few groups I've felt truly comfortable with having in my house and doing the work. Definitely will be giving them a call again in the future.

Devin and his team (especially John) went above and beyond from the moment we interacted with them! We had an emergency central AC issue on one of the hottest days of the year and Devin responded immediately. Even though we were a new customer and he was swamped, he made time for us, addressed our issue and formulated a plan. The entire process from ordering the new equipment to installation was smooth, professional, and of the highest quality. We will never use any other company for our heating and cooling needs!

The team from Triumph was fantastic. They did a stellar job installing our new propane system, moving us up on the schedule when our old boiler died. They even cleaned up after the guys from the propane company who were not as tidy. I can’t recommend them enough!

Devin at Triumph heating cooling was wonderful. Very professional came right on time, called when he was on his way. I just called two days ago and they came right out. I highly recommend this company.

We had ourselves a boiler emergency after-hours and had never before used Triumph. Devin, the owner, called me back immediately and was incredibly flexible and willing to come to our home within a half hour. He offered to trouble-shoot the problem over the phone with my husband first, at no charge, and then when that did not resolve the issue, he was at our home within 15 minutes. He not only resolved the problem, fixing our boiler, he refused to take any money for the service! He was incredibly professional and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIUMPH H&C to anyone!

I would highly recommend Devin and his Team. Triumph Heating and Cooling believes in "Customers Come First" policy. They are very attentive and will make the time to assess any problem with your heating or cooling system with in the day. They follow up and are extremely courteous. Though my issue took a few days to fix due to ordering a part, once it was received it was installed immediately.... and yes, over a Holiday Weekend! If you are looking for knowledgable, efficient, and polite service, you do not have to look any further, Devin and his Team will be there for you.

Devin did a fantastic job installing our new AC. Devin was prompt and very responsive by phone/text/email. We could tell right away he had good business integrity. Devin works hard to provide the best prices, to stand by his work, and do his best to keep his customers happy! He worked with us to stay within budget, to get the best financing, and to apply for applicable rebates.
