We had an unfindable leak in our laundry room that would come on at strange times when we weren't washing clothing. We called Desert Air and spoke with Pauline. Pauline was understanding and professional and quickly got us on the schedule.
Later that day Butch and David came out five minutes early (that hasn't happened in a long time), both were professional and friendly and quickly got to work. Within 30 minutes they had diagnosed the problem as a faulty washing machine hose. They quickly replaced it with the proper hose they had on the truck. I am very pleased with all the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future issues.

Desert Air installed an indoor air quality in our home. Spencer, the business owner is very professional,he took his time to explain to us on how the unit works,he did an overall system check up for us to make sure we are ready for summer. Very honest and fair price for the quality of work that he did for us. Now we feel safer with the indoor air quality system that he put in for us. Will denitely use Desert Air Again!!

Spencer is absolutely amazing. Professional, courteous, quick, highly knowledgeable, and best of all, genuinely caring. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, he could give classes on it. So not only does my AC work beautifully again, but he's got a loyal customer here now too. Highly recommend!

Desert Air responded to our home for an emergency, after hour repair. They were easy to contact, professional, trustworthy and most of all they responded promptly, did the work and didn't try to upsell us for unnecessary work. They are our "Go To" for HVAC, and plumbing issues. Our Thanks to the front office staff as well who professionally worked with us to get the job done.

Just tried to schedule HVAC appointment and rep was hugely unprofessional and disorganized. Couldn’t figure out how to book an appointment. Won’t be using them for sure!! Beware

We have a few single family investment properties and used Desert Air for the first time on a new home inspection of furnace/AC units. In our experience, this usually costs about $150-180 or so for both units. We were shocked when they completed the inspection and billed us $300, twice what we expected. Further, there were issues that they missed that were pointed out by the property inspector (for instance, the A/C unit was not level which would create excessive wear and tear). THEN, adding insult to injury, they had the gall to draw up an estimate BUT they wanted $105 to release the estimate to our realtor. $105 to write up an estimate is just a rip-off in my opinion and I've never encountered that before. Use Sierra Air (or anyone else for that matter); they are WAY better as far as I'm concerned and they don't gouge you like this. Penny wise and pound foolish to you guys at Desert Air...you not only lost our future business but the realtor's as well (who provides most of the inspector recommendations).

AC unit went out right when the heat arrived. Called Desert Air and they were able to fit me in faster than other places. They were prompt, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and were cost friendly. I will recommend them to family and friends.

My air flow is weak and not able to cool down my house.
I have them to come help the issue. They are nice and check attic to check there is not thing bad.
After all, they said my air filter which I used same kind for 13 years is the issue. I check to a lower filter. They air flow is a little better than it was but still not cooling down the house. I give it a try for almost a month since 7/15/2021. It took 4 hours not even cool one degree at evening. I have to shut down my air condition in case it will burn out.

I use desert air on a weekly basis. I am a broker/property manager and they are always performing at top notch.
1. Office staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.
2. The techs who call me personally for details and information, options on repairs is a must for guys like me.
Extra note: since we live in a non perfect world, whenever I have had minor issues or extra questions they help resolve it asap and make sure im happy.
Leslie is great and runs the office great.

A year and a half ago Desert Air was hired to install a new furnace and recirc pump in our home. Funny enough, after showing up two hours late and taking all day for a simple swap, the recirc pump was never done. We let our property manager know and Desert Air was sent out begrudgingly. They wanted us to wait even though the recirc pump was actively leaking and causing damage. After who knows what was done we were told they needed to order parts. Now anyone who is in the industry knows that that is a fallacy and most often code for we need to get authorization. It took nearly two weeks before we would receive a call and get on schedule. The appointment was schedule for 2/9 with an 8:30-9:30 arrival. Well it is now 2:22 pm and no one has still shown up to my house. When I called at 12:28 pm no one knew what was going on and I was asked to be called back and when I got a call back from June she told me that the tech couldn't find my parts but had found them and would be there within an hour. I've worked in the industry for years, and have had several companies come to my house since I moved in, and I have never seen the lack of customer service that I have seen since having to work with this company.
ETA: A simple phone call from the CSR, dispatcher, or technician would have alleviated everything. My son missed an entire day of school waiting for someone to show up. No one showed up until nearly 3:00pm. Our dispatcher would have been in constant contact with our customer letting them know what was going on. If necessary rescheduling until the parts could be found. We understand that vendors lose parts or give the wrong ones. We understand that sometimes that sometimes they are broken when they are picked up. We understand that you may have to go to multiple places because one place says they have it only to not have it when you show up and you’re left scrambling to find it at another place. We understand that covid has made it harder to get parts. We experience it all the time. Your tech can tell you we work for a competing company. We know the expectations and that things come up. Again, all we asked for was communication. That would have prevented all of this.
