I originally had them come to my place to light an oil furnace in my rental. I was quoted at $140 per hour which I felt was fair. Technician came out and found that the blower motor was not functioning and will need to be replaced. Let him know it was a rental and I would not be paying for the replacement so he buttoned it up and left. He got there at 11:58am and was gone by 1 at the absolute latest. I get a call from their dispatch to pay the invoice and to my surprise it is $210. I asked what they were charging for and they said diagnostic on the broken heater. I asked where the extra $70 came from and they said "Drive time from one job to the next". I was completely shocked as I had never heard of this before. I thought "maybe hvac charges this" so I called Lincoln Heating and Air and they were just as shocked as I was to hear that someone is charging for drive time!! Definitely will never be using them for any hvac needs. They are absurd to charge a drive time fee at full hourly rates. He only drove 15 min to get to my rental so I guess I'm paying for him to go to the next job as well? Outright ridiculous.

We came home from Christmas vacation to a freezing cold house. It was the day before New Years Eve. There was not a single company that wasn't booked out 2+ weeks. We called Desert Air and they miraculously had an opening at the very end of their day. Their service men are so professional and compassionate. Matt came out and tried to repair or 25 year old furnace. But it was beyond repair. They called around and found us a replacement on New Years Eve! Amazing! Their technicians worked all day to install and there were no over/emergency charges. I cannot recommend them enough! They were kind, friendly efficient and went above and beyond to help us have heat before the holiday and before temperatures dropped with an incoming storm. We are so grateful and appreciated all of their employees, from office to techs they were all amazing! Thank you so very much!

Matt gave a very professional and thourough inspection of HVAC equipement. Explained in detail the issues and best practices given the age of the equipment. Thank you for the excellent service!

Price was 150/ unit (so 300 total). I called around town to compare prices. Not many offer inspections. This seems to be the going rate and it was definitely value for the money. In my view, price is not a reason to give a bad review so I give them 5 stars based on excellent service.

Last week I called Desert Air LLC about my furnace, because it's pretty old. I think I have about two more seasons and that's about it. I wanted to save some money. I'm writing because I wanted to compliment the young lady that answered the phone. It was so refreshing to speak to a costumer service person who so polite and respectful. I did ask a lot of questions and she was very patient, I think her was Jasmine but I'm not sure. She was great ! I'll check in with you guys next season.

Desert Air installed our AC unit and 5 years later we had our first issue. Adam and David came out to fix it and they were fantastic! Very thorough and professional, and only charged us for the parts as they felt the issue was made during install. They even came back a few days later to ensure everything was running correctly!

Matt came out and quickly fixed our AC. Very professional and friendly. Desert Air LLC is the best in town. Adam arrived quickly and was very professional and friendly. He got our AC working and diagnosed the underlying problem which other AC services could not fix but Adam can! Very good communication, prices and professionalism. We highly recommend Desert Air LLC.

We have used Desert Air for years at our small condo complex and found them to be top drawer. David and Jeff were very professional. They are a LOCAL Sparks business located near York and Probasco so they can show up pretty fast. They are installing wall furnaces throughout our condo complex. They present well and their work ethic is top drawer (no disappearing and no constant cell phone use). I was very pleased with the final professional product complete with caulking and proper grill placement/alignment. You can't go wrong.

Adam and David were professional, respectful, courteous, and personable. They worked well together and HOPEFULLY took care of the problems on a very old unit. They asked questions that helped pinpoint the problem. Will definitely use again and refer to others.
The boys returned to install new equipment and couldn't have asked for more professional and thorough work. Adam came with a new partner but they worked well together. Very impressed with service and quality. THANK YOU

Spencer and the team at Desert Air are a reasonably sized company where honesty and customer service still exists; they truly care about their clients and take pride in the work...something unusual in this day in age.
