Picture it: Sunday morning and you sit down with a fresh cup of coffee and you hear something funny sounding. You think to yourself that sounds like water. But you let it go, it is raining and all. Couple hours go by and then noise haven't stopped. You think to yourself "maybe the kids were playing and the hose was turned on." So you go outside and look at the hose and nothing is turned on. And it dawns on you what else is in that area. On the other side of the wall is your hot water heater. And it just sprung a leak. Frantically you start ripping everything away from the wall to make sure that it doesn't become damaged from the water that is coming up from beneath the floorboards. You search the internet to no prevail, and decide to reach out to your neighborhood Facebook page. Spencer at Desert Air answered my call, and dealt with a very frantic person on the other end of the line. Within the next day I had a crew come out and replace my water heater. They were very professional and very kind at the fact that I didn't know what I was doing. A huge shout out goes to Spencer and his team David, Butch, Tony and June in the office. Thank you for being there when I needed help.

I wish I could have clicked on ALL the values for what I liked about this business. I will say, the product we got works wonderfully and the team kept their word and made sure we got what we needed. The office is amazing in their attention to detail and the guys are good at their jobs. I waited until I could verify that the finances they helped me find worked out as well before issuing this commendation - and they all passed with flying colors.

David and Greg were very professional. All the work was on budget. They had to custom fit combustion air and explained the process, work and materials needed in a thorough manner.

The A/C was not cooling and Desert Air called by the same day. David and Greg quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified immediately. Very polite and excellent service. Highly recommend.
