Called Michaels when my hot water heater needed replaced. They were quick to get me on schedule and had a replacement the same day. Great customer service and the tech on site was awesome as well. (I called other water heater service companies, left messages and never even received a call back. Go to Michael's first, dont waste your time with the others!)
Very disappointed in Michael's Plumbing. Waited for 11 days to get an appointment. We were very thorough telling them what work we needed, and we also had all the supplies we needed to complete the work. The technician came, and worked for two hours in our kithcen, then announced that we would need to make another appointment ourselves for the remaining work in the bathroom. No shower help provided at all. He left. This was the 8th of the month. We were told that they could come back on the 24th. We were shocked. No shower until then? Two hours is all we were given? $300+ bill. When we complained to the scheduler, they called us back saying the owner Leslie said they could fit us back in NEXT FRIDAY. (another week?) Not satisfied. Not recommending Michael's Plumbing. DID NOT FINISH THE JOB....
I highly recommend Michaels's Plumbing! Where another local plumber failed (and requested a week to fix the only shower in my house), Michael's had a tech out within 30 minutes, and completed the job professionally and quickly.
Emergency plumbing is not cheap, and Michaels is no exception, but the level of service is superior. I have a home warranty in place, and Michael's is not a contracted provider through them, but I will always use Michael's for my plumbing needs in the future.
My pregnant wife who is due in just a few weeks has had to endure extreme heat in our home for over a month now along with our 2 year old and 71 year old ant. They keep rescheduling our appointments and even ignoring our phone calls . I pay insurance for my ac so that wen it brakes it can get fix in a timely professional matter . I’ve been lied to ignored and even given a portable ac unit from them that blows breakers in ever room of my house . I will never use this company again for anything .
My A/C broke Friday before our record setting weekend. Alex came out fri night but didn't have the part. They put a rush on my service since I am a maintenance client. By Tuesday it was fixed and my dog and I are now comfortable again. Thank you.
So I had a slow running kitchen drain and a heater that intermittently was powering off. The plumber for the drain came and while he was attempting to snake the drain broke the trap arm into the wall off. Not only did he charge ME to fix it but he also charged me the extra half an hour he spent talking about nothing to do with my drain. Then the heating guy comes a few days later and tries to tell me that the circuit board is totally fried and was gonna cost 460.00$ or I could just put in a whole new heater for 2700.00$. I know that shops pad the bill to make their money but these guys are taking it to a whole new level. I actually thought Michael’s was one of the last semi honest shops left in town. Guess not!
Plumber arrived on time and took less time than anticipated to install hot water heater. Had questions about the installation and the owner came out to address those right away. Explained how it all worked and left us feeling good with everything. Thank you Mike!
The receptionist Brittany was awesome, but unfortunately everything went down hill from there. The owner was kind and refunded our money, but the HVAC manager, Phil, was condascending to me and tried to take advantage of my parents. Long story short, he quoted $350 to repair a unit under warranty that was installed by the company. After calling the manufacturer and being referred to Reno Heating and Air, we got the unit fixed for $0 additional fees. As a matter of fact, it turns out the $109 diagnostic was reimbursable under the warranty too. Something Phil failed to tell us. The manager did refund the $109 and promised to connect with the manufacturer to get a better understanding of the warranty. I appreciate that, but Phil's mysogynistic attitude and condascending explanation of fees will keep us from giving them our business in the future.
I had an appointment with ken to give me an estimate on a 8x5 tiny little bathroom, all they would have to do is set up the plumbing no removal of anything just plumbing so he came in checked it out and here it is a week later no estimate no communication of any kind just me calling I called 3 or 4 times if they can’t handle this tiny bathroom who’s running this business shameful business attitude
Exemplary service at my apartment while patching a previously botched repair job by a ‘handyman’. Eric was very professional in his demeanor and I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone with a similar maintenance issue (leaky pipes behind wall).
