HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. LIED TO WAS TOLD PARTS FOR OUR SYSTEM WERE IN STOCK PAID FOR EXPIDITED FREIGHT FROM RENO TO AUBURN (ONE DAY). PARTS WERE IN FACT SHIPPED FROM SUPPLIER WEEK LATER STILL NO PARTS TO THIS DAY. WHEN ASK FOR CALL BACK FROM SUPERVISER. WOMEN NAMED LINDA SAID SHE WAS THE OWNER BASICLY TOLD ME TO SEND THE PARTS BACK WHEN THEY ARRIVED FOR REFUND AND I COULD PAY THE FREIGHT MYSELF OR SHOVE IT UP MY ASS. VERY NICE GLAD I DON'T WORK FOR HER. WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY. ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME. HOPE THEY FIND OTHER JOBS THIS PLACE CAN'T STAY OPEN WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
