He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.

Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.

Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. It is so refreshing to have a company that honors their quote and still goes above and beyond.
