The technician Sean arrived during the set appointment time. Sean telephoned to inform that he was on his way and the approximate time he would arrive and in addition I received an email from the office regarding the arrival of the tech. Once on site, Sean determined what need to be done and got to work doing a tune-up on all the HVAC units. He was professional, worked efficiently and when done informed the status of the units.

Allen did such a job. Fair price. Attentive. Even talked about a maintenance program which is more reasonable than a previous company I had used years ago. Highly recommend and will use again.

Comes to the house on time. Efficient; quality work; fair price. They call me for service (we have an ongoing prepaid contract for service), and set up the appointments for times convenient to my schedule.

Service was very professional, on time and I had them install three Honeywell Programmable thermostats. There was no issue with the installation but it took a considerable amount of time to connect them to the internet. They stuck with it and got all three connected. Very good experience.

Bulldog is great. They are professional, responsive, honest and friendly. They also do great work at good prices. I highly recommend them. :-)

My AC unit was built in 1995. According to the person who diagnosed it, The reason why it did not work because of AC motor. It costs me $815 to replace AC Motor including the service fee, it’s a little bit pricey for me, but I’m glad it’s fixed today. Thanks for the service and I have to observe how it works first. And the advice for me is to replace the whole AC so to prevent future problems, but I take my chances now to only pay AC Motor to minimize expenses.

Arrived on time, and went to work on servicing my air conditioning units. My tech even flushed out the filters, which no other company has done! I will definately be using them again!
