I have been using this company for years. I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from. Nothing but great service everytime. My AC died in the middle of July and if they didn't need a crane to do mine it would have been replaced the same day. I called them 5 and a half years ago and have been calling them ever since. I won't call anyone else.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎AIR SUPPLY COOLING STEALED MY MONEY the water leak from the air damaged the roof they are scammers if anyone has any questions I can take them to my house air supply cooling this company charged me 6800 dollars for a supposedly new air with a 10-year warranty by the manufacturer and 1 year with their warranty that they are the team before the year began to give problems and they do not answer the phone or txt nor the calls I deceive them with other phone numbers is that I can talk to them and what they do is put more gas in the air but that is not the problem beware of the entire Las Vegas community one of them calls himself Daniel I am going to follow them writing on their official pages how my case ends REMEMBER THE AIR SUPPLY COOLING COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS

They have terrible service my a/c unit has been leaking water/air. Whenever I call them all they say they will have I technician call me and nothing ever happens after that. The A/C unit is damaging my roof you can tell it wasn't installed properly.

This company worked on the AC prior to moving In and my AC went out after moving in...

So I called to come out and fix they rewired.

AC went out AGAIN. Had new company "national homeowners warranty" come out and check that's when I was informed that Something was put In incorrectly and cause damage and blowing fuses due to reversed dryer

according to the receipt they had replaced the compressor and they put it in incorrectly and it was reversed. Pictures provided.

I've been trying to call and call and they don't want to seem to answer me. To the point where I had my son call from his phone and they answered him right away but as soon as he gave our address call was disconnected.

I still have yet to talk to anyone, horrible customer service

That was 2 years ago my family wasn’t here we moved in july 2020 and that same month AC went 5/6 times which was fixed by you guys. And was fixed incorrectly.

Old warranty? What do you mean when we moved in we got the warranty that’s why you were called. I don’t understand what you mean old warranty. So do you just treat all clients with old warranty’s like this ?

You still can’t answer any calls or explain correctly.

I have checked fee companies. They are one of the honest one and will not charge for estimate. They even send me receipt for warranty coverage.

Saw and ad for these guys , made an inquiry , next day I met with Jesus, came to my house on time ,(wearing a mask) , very professional , discussed my needs for a new split unit. Agreed on a price , they were at my house 10 am the next day as promised , did an amazing job. I would recommend Air Supply Cooling to anyone , Bravo guys good job

Called them left 2 voicemails with no reply ever. Called them about over 2 weeks prior to this posting. Will be look elsewhere for sure. Not the best at custom return outreach. I get it since it is busy times with all the storms in our area lately so I can understand but only to a degree. At least let a customer know "hey sorry we're currently booked solid at the moment".

ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please read reviews before going with this company... 0 stars doesn't even do a justice. I unfortunately was forced to go with them because home warranty. My AC unit went out 5/18, their technician came out 5/19, gave it a "boost" and then informed us that the compressor was the incorrect part for our unit and required a follow up. I waited about a week and didn't hear anything, so I called 5/26 because my AC unit has the wrong part in it and I was sure it'd be a matter of time before it went out again. I called Air Supply multiple times with no answer or call back. Sure enough 5/28 unit went out again, so I called my home warranty company and explained what was going on. They called and got though to set up an appointment for 5/29 between 10-12pm. I waited and waited nobody called or showed up. I tried calling Air Supply multiple times again no answer or call back. 5/30 I called home warranty again and explained... Mind you... I have 2 kids and my house is 100+ degrees and now it's the weekend and they couldn't schedule anything till Monday. 6/1 I called multiple times no answer. 6/2 someone from Air Supply finally contacted me to come out on 6/3 between 10-12pm. Sure I've been waiting this long.. Let's keep waiting. Magically they actually showed up at 1pm on 6/3. He left at about 3pm saying the compressor he brought wasn't correct and he had to go get the right one. 4pm he brought a "new compressor" which was actually the same compressor as the one that the previous technician said was wrong for our unit. I questioned why and he said because the hook ups are for this compressor and not the other one? I told him that the other technician said it was incorrect, but I'm no AC professional so he put it in anyways. He was there until 6pm "fixing it." It worked! Thank goodness it was fixed after waiting 5 days... Or so I thought. 6/10 exactly a week after they "fixed it" it went out AGAIN! Called and called and you guessed it.. No answer! Spoke to home warranty and told them I want a different company because this is ridiculous. It's been almost 1 month dealing with this head ache and I don't want to do it anymore. 6/12 Ideal Service came out to fix and the pictures I have of the hack job that Air Supply technician did to my AC unit is unbelievable. MY AC UNIT ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE BECAUSE OF THEM!!! I am so shocked they are still in business because of the lack of customer service. They have no knowledge of repairing an AC unit. Who in their right mind feeds wires through cardboard in an AC unit. Please go though someone else! Do not go though this company.

This was by far the worst company I dealt with. It was over 3 weeks with 3 different visits from the tech. They came on the first visit due to the AC not cooling as it was set at 76 and the house was at 84. The tech cane said oh it needed Freon and added 2lbs. I retired from business a week later house still at 86. I called and informed them that the issue has not been resolved. She said I would need to call and report another claim with home warranty. I refused and explained the issue was not fixed the first time. I then got scheduled for 3 days later. Mind you another 3 days in the 107 temps. Tech came the second time and said must be a leak and I don’t have the tools with me. I will add Freon as it’s low and this will hold you 2 weeks but I will return in 24hrs. They will be calling to schedule you. No call or nothing and the next day I called them. I was told sorry there are no appointments till first thing the following day. I had no choice I had to take it and sit another day in the 90 plus temp house. The guy then returns on the following day and says he’s found the leak in the line outside. He then says he’s repairs the leak and added Freon again. He leaves as he said it’s cooling and blowing 60 degrees. 2 hours later after leaving the temp is going up and up in the house. I call them back and explain. Am sorry but it must be a valve switch and I can’t schedule nothing till Monday and he will have to order a part then. Again I must sit and wait out the weekend and days for the part. I was fed up and called another company and luckily got them out that evening. All to find out that they had put to much Freon in the unit. This is been the most incompetent tech I have dealt with. The customer service here was terrible.

UNPROFESSIONAL!..... The AC broke in my house and the property management company I go through sent the work order to this company.... I was originally told that the AC would be fixed yesterday but as time went by nobody had showed up so I called my management company and told them that I was still waiting and if they knew exactly when someone would be out! I was then given the contact information to Air Supply Cooling. So I called and I asked them what the status was! They told me that they weren't going to be able to come out but would be at my house today at 9am.... I explained to them that I'm 9mos pregnant with 2 kids and my elderly grandmother is also living with me as in hopes that they would take this work order as a bit of a priority.... Fast forward to today and 9am rolls around and nobody shows up or makes any contact with me, so I called to once again to check the status. The same guy I spoke to yesterday answers and says there is someone out in my area working at another house but as soon as he gets done he'll be over to my home... Again, time goes by and still nothing. So I call around 1130-12 and nobody answers! For the next couple hours I literally called at least 10 times, left messages and got no response.... I was beyond upset about this! I ended up reaching out to my management company who then called the emergency line. The home warranty people then called me and said they would try to get in contact with the AC company and if they were unable to, they would send another company over.... Needless to say, another company by the name of "Mechanical Express" was sent out. They made immediate contact with me and kept me updated on what time someone would be out. It was a simple fix and he was in and out within 10min..... Still never heard from Air Supply Cooling..... I can't even imagine if I would have still be waiting on them!! If you can help it, go elsewhere!
