1.5 years and still no warrenty paperwork, no returned calls the first 3 months after a new AC unit was installed. Thought they where my friends.
Found out the charge more then most in the area.

Very unprofessional.

All I was told we will get it to you, still almost 2 years later I still wait. So a new unit with no paperwork, no warrenty no nothing.

This unit may have s story to it....
Very disappointed with them. I would recommend other options.
