Air Supply Cooling

Only because giving them zero stars is not an option. This company is the one our home warranty company uses so we had no choice. They came out and couldn't fix because they needed to order a part. Called me on Wednesday and said they would be here Thursday between 2-4. No call. No show. Called them Friday and were told they would be out "first thing Saturday". Again, no call. No show.

Meanwhile, a second AC unit failed. I called a local company and paid $251 cash to replace the exact same problem as the first unit.

Finally, Air Supply Cooling showed up on Monday and, in addition to the $100 call out fee, they tried to charge us $360 of "not covered" parts.

Scam business. Never again!

I have a restaurant in Las Vegas and the heater went out over the weekend during the evening. It was a cold night but Air Supply came early the next morning and gave me a quote to replace 3 units. Before the beginning of the week I had 3 new units fully installed. Very proffesional staff. Very good prices.

First of all, when I called for customer service the young lady who answer the phone was extremely courteous and very helpful….. couldn't be more impressed. Best Air Conditioning repair are reliable, on time, very professional. Highly recommend above anyone else for all your cooling, heating.

This company is the worst and horrible service we got this guy Jesus on Facebook and he gave us the estimate so we accepted because was a good deal, but when we made the first payment, it was double of what Jesus told us, so we called air supply, never call and always said that we call you back after six months the ac unit is broken never send anybody to check please don't make any mistake to do business with them is a real nightmare

This company was referred to me by American Home Shield Warranty Company for my air conditioning problem. They promised to be at my home within a expand of time. I waited for more than 6 hours and they never came. They don't even have the courtesy to let me know that they can not make it. I can not give them even a 1 star for their performance. Please do not use this company for any of your needs.

I don't usually write reviews but this business is a SCAM! The owner of this "business" is a crook!!!!
I sold this guy two service vans in good faith because I thought he was an honest guy.
This guy paid me with a check and a week later the check bounced!
This guy's name is Jose.
Jesus gave me a phony check for my vans and has been riding and hiding, making excuses and ignoring my phone calls.
Also, writing phony checks is not only dishonest, it's FRAUD.
Anybody that walks around writing phony checks is a crook and not worthy of anybody's business.
This guy hires illegals and pays them under the table.
From my experience with Jose and Air supply cooling, I would not recommend these guys, Jose is as crooked as they come, he will look at you in the face, shake your hand and hand you a phony check.
Not worthy of anyone's business.

They charged me for 2 air conditioners and only got (and need) one. I have called several times and they do not answer. On the rare occasion they do, i am told i need to talk to the manager, but he is not there and he will call me. He has yet to do so since about 6 months ago.

They install an AC unit and then cannot make it run properly. It runs and runs and runs. I am sure they will not agee to pay my power bill either.

This guy is a fraud. He tried to extort money out of me and when he couldn't he posted a bad review of my law firm on google. Stay away from this guy he's a thief.

Crook and a thief wouldn’t recommend him .
