Brian and co. seemed to be very popular on Nextdoor app. I called and was not disappointed. This man stays busy for a reason. He was honest, quick and upfront - all without meeting him face-to-face.

I had an inspection done by one of the big AC companies that is hard to spell. Their tech told me that we needed to replace both our systems upstairs and down. Before pulling the trigger I called Brian to get a second opinion after going through the system with him we found that they really did nit inspect much or do any real maintenance. Brian checked every component of both systems and found that all I needed was a few capacitors replaced and one contactor. Brian was on time, courteous, and honest no up selling. I plan on using his company for all my future HVAC needs.

Our Fan motor went out mid July. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was able to exchange the part on his first visit. . Very lucky to have an honest HVAC tech on hand now. I’ll be referring Temperature Limit to anyone who is in need.
