Brian came to our house to do some general maintenance and I had a very positive experience. Not only was he early for the appointment, he was friendly, knowledgeable and shared what he was doing all very patiently since I am the opposite of technology smart. He even swung by on his day off to help fix something I did when I was cleaning up. I would recommend Brian and Temperature Limit for any hvac needs you may have.

Brian was amazing. He was here in my time of need bo questions asked! He did everything he could to get my business up and running without hesitation. He is more then fair on pricing and his ethics are unquestionably the best in the business. He isn't out trying to make a buck, he is out there trying to help people. As a new bake shop in Henderson, less than 2 months open, we suddenly went into summer with no A/C. Brian, the owner, made time to come down right away, assess the situation, and offer options.

The previous tenant did not maintain the system and we knew we were looking at a BIG replacement expense in the near future. He gave us options with no pressure and in layman's terms which made sense. He recharged the system and got us back to cold Temps on the spot. He advised us it was a bandaid but would give us a little more time to decide what we needed.

Well, when the bandaid was no longer sufficient, of course, it was the middle of the afternoon yet Brian still managed to come asap. The news was stressful that replacement was needed now but softened the news by truly going above and beyond. He gave us several unit choices and payment choices. When we decided it was after 5. He made a call to his supplier and pulled a favor to have the unit delivered that night! By the time the unit arrived, Brian had the old one pulled. He stayed late, and installed the new unit and customers had no idea because we were able to not miss a beat. The pricing was better than his competitors.

Doing renovations I’ve hired quite a few people for different jobs and Brian is most definitely at the top. He shows up when he says he will. He doesn’t waste time. My AC decided to stop working for a second year in a row and of course at the beginning of a hot Vegas week and bonus! A holiday weekend. Great service! We had a feeling the previous company we were using weren’t doing a thorough job and we were right! Brian explained everything to us and made all the necessary repairs needed. Fantastic service. Our ac was a mess and Brian got us up and running. He even took the effort to go through and replace missing screws on our unit from previous repairs.
