Elite Air Systems

The burner on my boiler for my hot water baseboard heating system was igniting intermittently and not staying lit. Called Elite Air Systems on the recommendation of my regular plumber who was being slammed and couldn't get to me for a week and a half. Elite responded in two days. Their tech, Josh Mickels, was very knowledgeable and traced the problem to an intermittent air pressure switch on the flue exhaust blower. The part was put on order and took 3 weeks to arrive! Josh installed it and the boiler runs great. Elite Air Systems charged me $381.33 for the pressure switch. I could have got one on-line for about $70. Tsk, tsk, tsk. Total bill was $640.31! Take away the cost of the switch and the cost would have been reasonable. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by Josh.

My furnace went out and Elite Air was terrific. Josh was the tech who came to my home. Josh took the time to answer my questions, educate me about my system and advise me on how to prevent this type of failure in the future. I highly recommend Elite Air.

Contacted business, in person, on a Thursday afternoon. Owner and tech spoke with us for a half hour. Tech came out following morning, diagnosed problem, and new furnace was installed the following Tuesday. Great communication from company, throughout process. Very refreshing experience!

They responded to my service call very quickly, and dispatched an expert technician who diagnosed and corrected the problem in a matter of minutes. I'm very impressed with Elite Air's professionalism and will use them again.

Man, what a difference! I called Elite after using another company who replaced a $15 dollar part (charged $200 for the part) and charged an "attic access fee". Now, this was early in the morning and the attic was around 65 degrees. Also, the tech didn't have a ladder, so I had to go get one and set it up for him. He was up here for about 10 minutes. The AC worked for 2 days then quit (unrelated to repair this company did). I called elite because I never heard back from the other company, and they responded right away. I knew what the problem was (blower motor) and sent them pictures of my unit. They ordered the part, a super friendly tech came out and installed within about 30 minutes and got us back up and running. Will definitely be using these guys in the future. Outstanding customer service and support all around!

Elite Air has a great team that truly came through for me after 5 weeks without A/C. Ed and his crew, Tim and Ty were all very professional, efficient, kind and patient dealing with the surroundings in which they were working in! I am thankful that Ed was responsive and treated my situation as if it were his own... Tim and Ty were able to get my entire HVAC project done quickly and they were a pleasure to work with. It was obvious that they all took much pride in what they do !..After the job was done, all was cleaned up as if they never were there. Great job and thank you so much for taking great care of us!
