Top notch service, as usual. Tyler is knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything simply through the process. Had another problem with extreme heat buildup in the attic. He looked things over and offered a well thought out solution. Sounds great, just awaiting a quote. Everyone I've dealt with at Elite Air is friendly and professional. I can highly recommend them.

Great communication, quick scheduling, and did efficient work. After install came back to double check questions we had same day. Company replaced bad breaker they found at no extra charge. Elite was also the least expensive estimate of companies we contacted.

Ed and his team are top notch! I had some major issues from an installation by another company who refused to fix their work.. I was referred to Elite Air Systems from a friend. When I called, I was spoken with right away and they were able to come out same day to look over my issues. Within a few days the problem was fixed and now my heater works as it should! Ed is a straight up and honest guy. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do future work and I will refer them to everyone from here on out. With a full house of people, my water heater stopped working. When I couldn't get the flame to relight, I knew I needed someone to diagnose the issue. One call to Elite, and they said they could have someone over that afternoon.
The tech arrived earlier than originally expected, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, and the problem was a gas valve that is no longer available. So the remedy wads to replace the water heater.

It helped to have a definite diagnosis, and quickly. I'll definitely use Elite again.

Two visits from Elite Air; first visit from owner, Ed Cavanaugh and the second from technician, Tyler. Both men were professional, exhibited skilled knowledge, and were very responsive to customer's needs. Owner Cavanaugh suspected customer was mislead by two previous Reno HVAC companies regarding condition of home heater. Technician Tyler sent to home going above and beyond to assess and investigate home heating system. Final diagnosis: Home heater in perfect working condition and does NOT need to be replaced. Tyler spent considerable time conducting CO2 tests throughout the home ascertaining home and customer safe. Honesty is priceless, and I am honored to have met these two men. I encourage anyone reading this to use Elite Air Systems for their HVAC needs. So grateful for their knowledge, professionalism and honesty. If and when my heating system needs replacement -- I'll be calling Elite Air!
