Sustainable Mechanical is a great company to work with. They have great customer service and always respond to any issue you might have very quickly. I think their pricing is very fair and they do a good job of recommending reasonable equipment that is sized right for your home and circumstance. They are very careful working in your home and do a great job of cleanup and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

These guys are great at diagnosing, explaining and responding to problems. They've responded in the middle of the night on a weekend when my A/C went out three years ago and I've used them ever since. They're honest fellas who never overcharge for their services. Best I've seen in this area by far. I hope they take over the Omaha metro with rapid business expansion because they deserve every customer and every customer deserves them.

Sustainable Mechanical and their team were an excellent choice to replace my mother’s air conditioner. Brandon took the time to explain our options so we could make an informed selection. Pricing was extremely fair for a quality product with outstanding customer service.

Everyone was courteous and cared about their work during equipment removal and installation. Outside was somewhat damp from the early morning rain, but the team made sure to protect the interior areas where they were working. When the finishing touches were complete and the air conditioner was up and running, they made sure to clean up all traces of their work before leaving.

When it’s time to replace the furnace, we will use Sustainable Mechanical!

Sustainable Mech was responsive, came out within 24hrs of me contacting them, fixed a problem caused by another contractor and then gave me a break on the cost because the issue was easy to fix. 10/10 stars from me. Will definitely be using them in the future.
