I heard about Brandon from a friend at work and told me he does great work and is trust worthy. This winter my furnace finally crapped out on me so I had Brandon come over to do an estimate and give me his best offer. I was really happy with what he said, he didn’t act like a salesman and helped me figure out what was best for me and my house. He worked hard and fast to get the heat back on for me and he didn’t make a mess or damage anything when he brought all his stuff down. Amazing service and reliability. Brandon answered instantly when I called and was able to be at my house that week. He diagnosed the issues with my furnace and home humidifier. Brandon gave me a honest review of what needed to be done and a fair and reasonable estimate. Repairs were completed quickly and there was excellent communication end to end. Outstanding service! Brandon went above and beyond to help assist with a problem I was having with my AC unit. He was able to help out RIGHT AWAY! He is very knowledgeable and went through step-by-step the issue that was going on with my AC. Once he diagnosed the problem, he was able to provide a solution, which helped ease any worries I was having. I would highly recommend Sustainable Mechanical. Incredible service. Speedy. Friendly. Quality work at a reasonable price. And, something that's hard to say these days: surprisingly honest. Did s fair amount of research into what my costs would be, after they left, and they were well within the range.
Once they got into the furnace, they also found that the $1000 fix they thought it was going to be, turned out to only be a $106 fix. They could have charged me the $1000 and I wouldn't have known, but they didn't. Good people. I would trust them with my furnace, AC or anything they said they were qualified to do. Very impressed.
