Weather was 9 degrees out when my HVAC failed. He was over at my house in less than two hours and had it up and running that day.

I needed a pre-purchased humidifier installed and they were able to squeeze me in short notice. The techs were very friendly and installed the system quickly and cleanly and they also inspected my furnace. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I'll be using them for all of my HVAC needs!

When my AC went out Brandon was very flexible and came by the same day to check it out. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and it turned out there was no repair needed. I am very thankful he was able to fit his schedule around my needs and he did not charge me a dime for his time.

Brandon from Sustainable Mechanical was able to accommodate our AC into his route the morning after I first contacted the company. He gave a text notification of when he was going to arrive, so I could plan to be around the house. The service performed was a capacitor replacement on my outdoor condenser unit. This replacement was done quickly with parts available on-hand. He also checked the unit inside the house to determine that the proper temperature air was being supplied and that it was also working properly. He gave some advice on annual service plans offered by Sustainable Mechanical.

Overall, the service was prompt and conducted in a professional manner. I would gladly ise this company in the future, and would recommend this company to friends.
