I had national furnace to my house on a Saturday morning. I called and they were here right away. The AC Didnt get cool right away. The tech said it would take time. Made sense at the time. Called that evening to say it still wasn't cooling. Was told it was really hot, it wasn't going to get cold like I wanted it to. Called back Sunday afternoon to tell Austin it still wasnt cool. He was so rude and said if he came out it would be another service cost. I ask why, Austin said because it was not going to get as cool as I wanted it. 68, It was that cool before it broke. Called another AC company Monday morning. They came out that afternoon and fixed it. It got 68 right away. Still is.
A HUGE THANK YOU to the repair guy Grant! Not only is he one of the nicest repair men we've ever met, but he went above and beyond to get us up and running quickly on a late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We would have had a miserably hot weekend without his help, so THANK YOU GRANT!
My rep was Josh, he came out to our apartment complex and did essentially routine maintenance on my unit. He was amazing, he took the time to answer my questions, and teach me a couple fundamentals to maintain my unit as well, like cleaning the outside and filter replacement. The dude is a rockstar. Thank you guys a bunch, and Josh, hope you can read this, but you're the ideal dude for the job. I seriously received what I thought was 5 star service!
National Furnace has always treated us well and done everything that we have asked them to, they have A+ service techs who are very professional. We called and they were out to service our Air conditioner that afternoon, everyone else said that it would be a day or two before they could get to us! Plus they sell Train equipment and it is some of the best equipment that is out on the market today .
Ryan responded immediately and arrived within 20 minutes on a Saturday during a heat wave. Excellent service, explanations and reasonable price. Don’t look elsewhere. We will always use them in the future .
Incorrectly installed a coil in our upstairs heat pump by not installing a drain overflow shutoff. Drain later backed up and cause $500 damage to the ceiling below. It took too long for management to acknowledge and take responsibility for their issues, but they did eventually did. 3 stars for ultimately following up after the work.
