National Furnace quickly got our house back to normal! Nate was very professional and helped to explain the process of what was needed to be repaired, along with the steps to extend the life of our system. He was quick and efficient, while also kind and respectful. I also very much appreciated his shoe guards on our carpets! The simplest of deeds definitely make the deepest impacts. Nate and his crew were very professional and got us a new unit quickly! The temp was so hot so they rearranged their schedule to get it in so we wouldn't be without air. They also offer free financing which was just what we needed for this unexpected expense. Thank you again!

First of all, when my air conditioning went out on a 90+ degree day, I knew I was in trouble. I’m a Disabled Vietnam with COPD and my wife has high blood pressure and diabetes. We called around to other places on that Thursday morning and everyone was telling us either late Friday or Monday before they could get to us. A friend suggested National, so I called them and they got to us within an hour since they finished another job early. I was blown away! Not only were they quick, very friendly, professional, and fast, but they were also a lot less expensive than our usual repair service. We’ve just switched to a new usual repair service, that’s for sure!!

The AC was having problems keeping up with the hot and humid weather we have had lately. Grant found the problem and cleaned the outside coil so that the system would not struggle to run. Grant was great to explain to me what I could do to avoid the issue in the future.

The tech was amazing and had our furnace back up and blowing hot air in no time on a holiday weekend and at 11:00 at night. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

National installed our HVAC system in spring of 2016. They were easy to work with, respectful of our needs and professional all the way around from Office personnel to the installers to the service ppl. They service our system 2x a yrs. Very reasonable and pleased with their work.
