National Furnace & Air Conditioning

Been using National since 2007. They are professional with quality inspections. They have repaired any HVAC problem needed.

A/C was running but not pushing out cold air. I called on a Sunday and within 30 mins the tech Austin showed up. He was professional and explained what he would be checking. The issue was fixed and he also checked the a/c to ensure no leaks. Outstanding service all around. I will not call any other company.

Servicemen were professional and prompt. Diligent with their work, and courteous when asked a question. Didn't waste time w/ installation. Old unit taken out and new unit in within 5 to 6 hrs. All in all, very satisfied for the 2nd time. This company installed an AC unit 2.5 years ago. Happy then, happy now!

We called with an urgent air conditioner repair need because we are reptile breeders and our reptiles will not survive extreme heat. The woman who answered the phone said she understood and called Chris, the technician on call. I was immediately connected with Chris who said he could be over in 30 minutes and he was. Chris found a bad capacitor, replaced it, answered our questions and was gone in under 20 minutes. Our air conditioning is working and our reptiles are safe. I will only use National Furnace and Air Conditioning going forward. By the way, what nice people!

Austin was on time, professional, friendly and proficient. Very fair price (Furnance PM/inspection). Will call them again for service.

Time to learn how to do my own repairs. I was just charged nearly $174 for a run capacitor. It's a $25 (max, most are around $10-15) part that took the guy 10 minutes to install. I used to think National was an honest and reputable company but this is simply price gouging. Seems to be the norm in today's society apparently. Unbelievable. Shop around folks, and be sure to get prices before you have parts replaced.

During a heatwave with temps about 100°, on a Sunday night, our A/C stopped working. National Furance was the only company willing to come out and fix it. The technician was professional and a nice gentleman. It was fixed with 5 minutes. He even changed our thermostat to a new one that we been putting off changing out. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Chris was on time and very Professional! He Left everything very clean after his maintenance Check. National has been wonderful to work with every since the installation of the hvac system in our new home. Highly recommended!
