National Furnace & Air Conditioning

Highly please with the service I received on 6-11-2020 to service my A/C system. To start off, they were EARLY to the 3:30pm appointment I had set up. Both of the technicians were wonderful, explained things that they had found and done. One was an apprentice, but he still was awesome. Turns out that the leaking that had been going on from the furnace was simply a plugged drain line! Had to replace a part on the outside unit, and I was expecting it to be quite expensive considering how old my system is, but it was VERY reasonable!
I will definitely use National again for anything I need to have done to either my A/C or heating system. Thank you very much!

Once again another excellent service by this company. Just completed having my winter service done, and the only thing wrong was I needed a capacitor replaced that was basically dead. The price was very reasonable and the technician was great in explaining what needed to be done, along with what he was doing.
He said my furnace was in great shape for being 37 years old, so on to 2021!
Again, I would highly recommend this company for the service you need.

New Years morning, 1/1/2022, 3:30am, -15 degree windchill, our furnace was running but not igniting or blowing heat and the temperature in our home had dropped and it was getting very cold.
I call National at 3:40am, the lady was very professional and understanding. She had an on call service tech call me. In a short time Nate called me and he was at our home not long after that.
Nate diagnosed and explained clearly what was wrong, how to repair and replace the Direct spark igniter box, and the cost.
He called the supply house and got the part ordered. It took a few hours but he called and returned to install the new part.
He also figured out what may have caused this and what to keep an eye on to make sure he resolved that issue and to call him if it didn’t work.
I have been in the trades for 30 years and I am a Superintendent of a service department for a large construction company. I am Very Pleased with Nates professional work ethic and authenticity which reflects well on the company he works for and would recommend National and Nate to all my friends and family.

Our technician Grant was very professional and completed the repair in less than an hour. He had to leave a family gathering (without the slightest complaint) to accommodate our Saturday afternoon request and had our air conditioner working in less than an hour. I would recommend National Furnace and Air and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Every time I have used National Furnace, their work has been exceptional. Grant, the technician they sent today, was on time, professional, and did an excellent job.

We emailed on a Sunday evening and they responded first thing Monday morning. They came out same day prior to noon. Grant did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what he would do to fix the issue! Price was definitely reasonable!

Jennifer was great when I called in for service and Austin was very quick and efficient on the repairs.

Nate at National HVAC went above and beyond installing a new ac and furnace for us. He helped us on short notice and delivered a great product. He seems to be a guy of his word who was on time, courteous, and found solutions for our older home. I can’t say enough good things. I would highly recommend his team!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! They were professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. They gave us the most detailed estimate with options and arrived a day early to begin the installation. They had A/C working in my home after just 4 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)

Although we saw our technician Grant twice in 4 days, he was professional, courteous and explained things in great detail for the “lay” person. Would def recommend him and the company. Top Notch!
