This is an update of my google review as I can only post once. We have been using Dave's heating and air for quite several years. Dave has been always responding to our problems quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and knowledgeable to clear all our concerns. My most recent experience was the four-day cold wave in Lincoln just before the Christmas in 2022. My HVAC stopped working at the first day, and Dave came very quickly to check the problem. We felt so relieved. We would have had a miserable holiday without his prompt help. He told us, understanding people worrying about their dropping room temperatures during the cold weather, he would pick up phone calls during late night. We didn't do so though but appreciate that message. Thanks.

The following was written probably two years ago.
We had a furnace breakdown on a chilly Saturday morning and definitely felt worried how we could survive from the cold. As a DIY person, I read all the instruction and fixed what I could have done. Almost two hours and no success. Then I gave a call to Dave and was glad and relieved to hear that he would come in the afternoon. Around 1 pm, he appeared. Twenty minutes later, done! Excellent service, really nice guy, and very reasonable price. Thank you, Dave!

I called at 6 am on Saturday morning thinking I would go straight to a voicemail. Dave answered and assessed a little over the phone- told me what to do to prevent further damage to the unit and then was at our house in a couple hours. Fixed our unit instead of ordering a complete replacement and saved us thousands. I found him to be extremely professional and very honest. I hope all of Lincoln heads straight to him for their AC needs. I know I am telling my friends and family about him. Thanks Dave!

Furnace went down on a cold day. Called Dave’s. The tech was out when promised replaced the igniter got us up and going at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Dave’s Heating & Air. They are our go-to for any heating or AC issues. They are professional, trustworthy, & do high quality work. I have been incredibly pleased with their services. It is so nice to have a reliable heating & air conditioning company.

Dave is a wonderfully responsive and kind professional who came out on a brutally cold Super Bowl Sunday to look at our broken furnace. I was impressed by the fact that he answers his own phone and does his own schedule. He arrived within a few hours of the call and identified the issue quickly. Since it was a Sunday after 5pm he had to wait to get a motor on Monday but we had it installed midday even though he had to have an employee go to Omaha to pick up the motor. We are so grateful for the professional and efficient service over the weekend during a two week cold snap that will be causing furnaces to fail all across the city. I highly recommend Dave for your next AC or Heating issue.

I'd recommend Dave's heating and air to anyone and everyone. Dave has come to our "emergency" more than once on very short notice. He and his sons and crew have done an excellent job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. During this covid-19 situation and the December cold weather, that did not stop them. They are very professional! They talked us through the setup of our new system and showed us what they did inside and out. My wife and I are more than grateful and very pleased. Thank you Dave! We decided to use Dave's Heating and Air for our new Furnace, Air Conditioner and Humidifier and couldn't be happier. Dave is a great guy and doesn't try to sell you more than you need. Installation from Dave and his crew was excellent and done in a timely matter. It has been around nine months now and both systems work excellent. Don't hesitate to call Dave if you are looking for a new system or need service of your old system. You will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Dave and his crew. Dave gave me a very reasonable quote on a new system. The crew was friendly and highly efficient during installation. They even went above and beyond to fix a loose piece of siding around our garage door without being asked. Dave took the time to explain how to use our new wifi thermostat. We are very happy with our new system!

Pleasant and efficient service tech got the furnace and heat pump inspected and ready for winter in less than an hour.
Easy and great place with which to do business. Scheduling on the phone with a real person or totally by E-mail. Convenient.

We had this company replace our heating and air conditioning system a couple of years ago. I recommend using them if you need HVAC service. They do great work and the total cost was what they estimated. Our system is still working great!
