So excited to have a wonderful new furnace and AC unit, installed by Dave's heating and air. They did a awesome job. Very professional and only took a few hours. So far very pleased!!!!

Called Dave the morning of black Friday about my furnace not working. He showed up promptly with the part in his fan. Very professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend Dave! Thanks again Dave!

I usually do not write reviews, however I will make an exception this time.
I got originally couple of quotes for replacing our HVAC system (heat pump & furnace) and I decided to go with Dave because I appreciate the approach how he handled the consulting side (not pushy, responsive, and he provided me several options which fit my needs & budget).
Then we scheduled the installation. His crew showed up on time, walked me through the whole process, were really professional, and polite.
I wanted to keep my original smart thermostat, and there were some issues with configuration. Dave reached out to me and scheduled another visit for the next morning.
We decided to replace the thermostat because it did not supported "dual fuel" feature. Dave replaced it, walked me through the installation, and answered all my questions (and I had quite a few of them). I really appreciate this high level of the customer service and the time which Dave took and explained me everything - I learned a lot.

We have one more HVAC system which we will need to get eventually replaced and I am glad to know that Dave's Heating has my back.

Have used Dave's for several years. After several local companies refused to repair our old AC unit and suggested a whole new AC unit was the only option, Dave replaced what was needed and got us an additional 4 years out of the old unit. When our old AC unit gave out, Dave and his team were able to come out that day, diagnose the issue, and within a week we have a new AC unit installed in our home. Always very satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, and knowledge that Dave and his team provide. Highly recommend them!

Love using Dave and crew! Dave has always come out to assess the situation before leaving the crew. Sometimes does the repairs quickly himself. He is quick to respond, provides a good solution without charging you and arm and a leg. Good prices, good service!

I very highly recommend Dave's! I started working with them when I first moved to town and needed a new furnace. Dave himself came out and took a look at our system and found a solution that worked for us as budget conscious new homeowners. When his staff came through for the install they were very respectful of my time and my home. When we later picked up a rental property that needed a new a/c they were my first call. They installed a quality a/c unit for my tenants and were happy to answer any little questions I had. Bottom line: quality work, respectful staff and fair prices! Couldn't recommend enough!

First of all, Dave answered the phone on the first call! A rarity anymore. I had the chance to speak with Dave today regarding some work I was looking to get done. Even though his company doesn't deal in what I was looking for, he was still happy to take time out of his day to refer me places that he trusts, and even gave me some pointers as a first time home owner while we were on the phone. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for help in the heating and air world to give Dave's a call. You'll be in good hands, and not just another number on a computer screen. Thanks!

Dave's heating and AIR was quick to come out but sent someone new and had I believe little experience. Replaced parts he guessed that were causing the problem. Upselling parts 4-5x the initial cost. I get as a business you need to do this but not to the point of gouging the customers pockets.
3weeks go by and the AC unit broke down again. It is an older unit so understand parts will break. But this time Dave came out himself and stated he would not fix the motor. And that it wasn't worth his time! Maybe it was an off day for Dave and I handle customers everyday for my job but I guess I just go above and beyond for mine wish I could say the same about Dave. Glad everyone else on here had good experience but mine was not!
