White Heating & Air Conditioning

Extremely professional business. Had a furnace and A/C relaced by them years ago. Workers were extremely clean, right down to the shoe booties. They've been helpful for all service and phone call questions

I had called and scheduled an appointment for 1430-1500. At 1520 I called and they told me that I didn't have an appointment and I would have to call back at 1600 to schedule an after hours call. I was livid it was supposed to get below zero. They told me that they were really busy that day and there was nobody that could help me. I hung up and googled heater repair, I then called Aire Serv who had a guy that was on a call but he would be over when finished with that. Aire Serv does not charge after hours. Then a manager from White Heating and Air called stating he has a guy that could come over without charging me after hour prices. I told him not to bother I already contacted somebody else. Aire Serv showed up quickly and told me what was wrong with my heater. Aire Serv was at my house the next day (Saturday) replacing my heater. White Heating & Air has extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend them!

The folks at White came and installed a mini split for us. They quoted a price, that was reasonable and fair, and performed the job flawlessly. Extremely happy with the entire experience.

Very poor service. Serviceman absolutely did not do his job. Did not even want to try looking for problem. Just wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for coolant, which I have since found was 3 times the amount another reputable company charged me. I had to have another company come in and fix problem. He put out the effort to fix the problem instead of trying to sell me some stuff which would “maybe” work. Very very disappointed! Very expensive.

The two men who were here were amazing Kash and Cody worked very hard on the ac and I appreciate that very very much

Mother Nature wasnt playing fair yesterday.. so Kyle had a late start but he kept going! Even in the rain. Even cleaned up after. Very quiet worker- didnt hear any loud noises. Everyone was nice and friendly and kept me informed about everything that was going on. And not too pricey either which was a BIG bonus. Definatly going to call them for everything in the future

Very friendly, on Time, but most importantly they didn’t price Gouge me and fixed it right away. They new what they were doing. The Wife is very happy. Thank you.

My 4 yr old had to use the bathroom and we stopped there so she could use it. Workers were very nice to my daughter. Telling her happy birthday and complimeting her hair.

Dedicated professionals who understood unique issues with my AC unit and stuck it out to resolve the problem. Helped me figure out best & proper way to vent my dryer and promptly got it done.

I recently had a garage heater installed. I was totally impressed with the installers professionalism as well as their quality workmanship.
Highly recommended!!
