Craig was very informative and helped us choose the perfect furnace. Once we were ready for installation we had a very short wait for installation. The installation team showed up right on time. The guys were very curtious and professional. They were also very helpful in answering our questions. We even received a follow-up call to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. I will be recommending Air Controls to anyone I know that needs work done.

We had an issue with one of our furnaces during a cold snap. Contacted Air Controls and got an appointment scheduled for that morning. Jaret showed up incredibly fast and was able to diagnose the issue and get the part ordered and installed by mid-day. The communication from the office staff all the way to Jaret was awesome. Jaret kept us informed each step of the way and communicated what the issue was and what needed to be done to get it resolved. He also looked over the furnace to make sure everything looked good before leaving. Will definitely be calling Air Controls in the future!

Our previous contractor got out of the HVAC controls business, which left us in a tough spot coming into winter. The Air Controls team was the vendor who called us back when we were in a jam and they have been terrific to work with. Not only were the prompt and professional, but they found us a reasonable solution to upgrade our controls system that could no longer be supported.

Additionally, they have also taken over our plumbing work and have been just as responsive and professional in keep our Bair Family Clubhouse up and going!

I had heard a little about Air Controls before, but I did not realize just how good they were.

I was having issues with my furnace and desperately needed a technician to come over and fix it. I talked with Kent on the phone and he was so kind and helpful and patiently listened to my situation. He was able to get a technician to squeeze me in between jobs, which I really appreciated since they were all slammed that day. Colter was the technician that came over and he was so nice and although he probably didn't have a ton of time to give me, he never seemed to be in a hurry, he just took his time to make sure everything was thorough and was kind enough to explain what was going on with the furnace. I really was so thankful that he made time to fix my furnace on such short notice and made sure I was happy with it before he left. Had such a good experience with Air Controls and will definitely be using them again.

Craig did a very good job of explaining all the options and guiding us to make our decisions on what we needed. The technicians were excellent. Very courteous and explained what they were doing, how and why. The installation looks very good, they left the area clean and need, everything works as it is supposed to and they gave good instructions on how to use the new thermostat. We are very pleased.

Very polite and prompt service. Things were well explained, and I had follow up the next day when they realized my Wi-Fi was not connecting with the dealer to receive updates on my new furnace. We’ve used Air Control for many years and have always been pleased.

I texted Jake Engstrom with Air Control on a Saturday about my freezer not being cold enough, I told him I would watch it through the weekend but it needed looked at sometime next week. He was here by 8:30 Monday morning. I have always had great service from Air Control. I highly recommend them.

Tech failed to show up at scheduled appointment time. The tech called once and if that call is missed apperantly
they move on to next customer. Wasted one month waiting for a service appointment and 45 minutes for the tech to show up. Apparently only their time has value, not the customers. Maybe a better approach would be to verify appointment the day before to give customers adequate time to respond

Phone contacts helped us decide to use this company. Service tech had never before repaired the branded furnace we own. He was able to diagnose the issue with non-starting heat cycle. He had it repaired and heating our home again. Grateful we won't freeze again tonight.
