My wife and I needed her mini split serviced before we sold her house. Air Controls was able to schedule us a prompt appointment and the service guy called on his way out. They were affordable and did a good job.

We then scheduled an annual service agreement and Craig came out today and was very thorough and informative. He said everything was looking good and they will call to schedule our next service in the fall. Thanks for the great service!

Need to change their website, it says "Drain repairs and replacements" but when I called with a drain leak (don't know what drain it is) in my crawl space the on call tech said they don't do that. I won't bother calling for a quote for the new hvac system I plan on purchasing next year, they probably don't do that either!

We have used AirControl for over 35 years. We have never had an issue with their service. I would recommend them to any friend or foe who needed service. They have been like family. We will definitely continue to use them.

My experience with Craig was great. Our AC unit was on our patio and we wanted to move it around the house so there would be less noise while we are outside. I met Craig at our house and he came up with the least expensive game plan to get it moved. They came out shortly after and took care of everything.

Nearly 17 years ago we purchased a Lennox HVAC system, including the installation of ductwork, from AirControls. The system was maintained by Craig B all of those years but when I began experiencing a problem with the heating system last winter we talked about replacement options. The decision was easy - but this time a Dave Lennox Signature Collection heating unit was chosen along with the addition of a humidifier and, of course a new AC unit.
On the day of installation, Stephen and Keghan called to let me know that they were on their way, arriving on time and then proceeded to R & R everything in one day!
The app for the iComfort thermostat is fantastic and easy to use, the dual fan process is SO quiet I barely notice it running and my house feels so evenly heated throughout the day and night.
Air Controls is absolutely THE best company to work with for your heating and cooling system needs. Their products and professionalism is beyond reproach!

During my years of Facility Management you find few that you can call reliable and professional. This is one company that I can say I call and I know they will be there ASAP and then I get a call that either we are repaired or the repairs are at some stage. As someone who has to test and verify the installations of HVAC companies, I can easily say Air Controls is one of the best you will find. They consistently perform great, quality installs and if ever I do find anything wrong, they are quick to make it right.

Air controls worked on both our ac unit and have done plumbing repair. Both their hvac and plumbing departments are top notch. very professional and I'm confident in the work they did.

We would highly recommend Air Controls to anyone thinking of replacing their air conditioner or putting in an Air Scrubber. The service man that came out was very professional, courteous, and did a great job.

Called on a Thursday for warranty repair on a new True commercial fridge. They couldn't come out until Tuesday. OK, Tuesday rolls around, no calls, no technician. Called them at 8:30 am to find out when the tech would arrive. They called back and said they would be out in the afternoon. 4:30 in the afternoon, I call and ask when they are expected to arrive, and if they are even still planning on coming. I get the response. "well, I guess I can call them and find out." I then called Perfect Temp. They call right back and can come out right away, or in the morning, we opt for early morning and then call back Air Controls to cancel. Next call is to True Manufacturing to discuss how Air Controls made it on their preferred repair list. Lesson learned, call Perfect Temp and skip the hassles.
