White Heating & Air Conditioning

We bought an old 100 yr old home that had several additions put on over the years and had no central heat or A/C so we called four heating companies for quotes. White Heating was by far the most reasonable so we decided to go with them. The quote was handled by the owner himself and we were impressed with the company right away.
The installation was handled over three days by a very friendly and efficient crew. They had to retrofit the attic, drill holes through walls, run new ducting through ceilings and along walls. All of the work was done with a minimum amount of disruption and the guys cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with the state of the art thermostat but they were able to figure it out quickly.
Over all I was so impressed with the crew, the office and the finished product. We now have a comfortable home with no freezing or roasting rooms. My wife and I highly recommend White Heating and Cooling.

Not willing to cover labor on a warrantied part after stating it was covered and lacking in customer service professionalism.

Whites heating and cooling is a great company to deal with, very professional from start to finish. Mike was our salesman when we bought our Mendota gas fire place, he was great to work with and Luke was the installer, very thorough on teaching us to operate it. Definitely recommend them!

They don't do service in my area. It would of been helpful if they had names of company's that did.

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of summer. They came right out and tried a few things and determined we needed a new unit. They then gave us a very reasonable quote and Alex did what he could to get it installed very quickly. Everyone we worked with there was friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the only company to call for heating and air conditioning needs.

Several years back, I purchased a gas furnace and air conditioning system for my home from these folks. I was so impressed with them that I recently purchased a gas fireplace insert from them. Once again, very impressed. They are honest, punctual, reasonable, and will go out of their way to make you happy. I sincerely recommend them!

We called White's to have our fireplace serviced on Wednesday and they had us scheduled for Friday at 1:00. I received a call from Luke at 12:30 for the appointment. When he showed up, it was very obvious he was a professional and knew what he was doing. Not only was the service fast and efficient, Luke was very professional and nice to work with. We are back up and running and are very pleased with the level of service we were given.

We had a new furnace installed last year and than this fall we had issues with the humidifier leaking water. All of our contacts with both sales staff and technicians was great! Very professional. With this 5 star rating, I'd give them a TEN.

I was very impressed with their service. We had a vent installed for our bathroom fan. The technician was punctual, friendly, and professional. He got the job done quickly and then showed me what he had done and explained maintenance, etc. All of this and they had the best price we found as well!

I have always heard of the great customer service they provide, but it wasn’t until I purchased a home that I experienced it first hand. My furnace started acting up, followed by the AC. The blower motor and fan would run, but the AC wouldn’t put out any cold air. The furnace would not fire on and produce heat. Long story short, there were multiple issues with both. Curt came out after hours and located the issue, and he and his guys came back the next day and made sure they got the problem fixed. They were honest and professional letting me know that it may just be time for new utilities. I will be calling them when it comes to that time!
