Truly exceptional experience, all around. Despite some unexpected issues with the original estimated install, Tom held true to his bid and kept the price the same despite needing to make some modifications. The team that did the install were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and most of all, they did great work. I would definitely use Climate Masters again.

Was referred to Climate Masters because of rave reviews by my neighbor. I called & was given fast response with information I needed to ascertain the best option for my air & heating needs. From start to finish I was kept abreast of what was happening from knowledgeable, friendly professionals. They took time to get to know my dogs. They totally cleaned up after my new system was installed & even called a few days later to talk to me about the rebate they were applying for me & see if I had questions or concerns. This is a quality company that I highly recommend.

We've been clients of Climate Masters for probably 30 years, and trust them implicitly. Most recently they replaced a 25 year old furnace in our attic and rerouted the duct work to make the system more efficient. The management team could not be more customer friendly, and their installers and technicians are skilled professionals who readily handle the challenges posed by our 80-year-old house.

Tom & Doug Becker both came to the house to evaluate and estimate our 30 year old A/C system that simply gave out. It was a complicated job, the house is nearly 100 years old with a space-pack tube duct system. Climate Masters is the HVAC "provider of choice" for most of the homes in our neighborhood which is listed in the Nat'l Historic Register. We wanted a company that could handle an older historic home, with limited space for the system in the 3rd floor.

Their bid was extremely fair, several thousand less than the bid from a larger local HVAC company; and their knowledge base for our type of system was extensive. The crew did a great job, fitting the new equipment into a closet and adding new ducts. Very impressive job, everything is nice and compact and easily accessible, where our old equipment was all in a crawl space under the roof--really hard to get to!

The work was done timely, professionally, and everything was perfectly clean at the end--no mess left. The new system works great, Tom was a resource for great ideas. I highly recommend Climate Masters.

UPDATE: Two years later, the system is running perfectly. No issues at all, house is cool during the hot days of summer.

We have used Climate Masters for 30 years. They always respond quickly, are on time and very professional. When new equipment is needed, Tom has been very helpful discussing options and suggesting ways to improve heating/cooling in 3 older homes that we have owned.

We have an old house, as many are in the city of St. Louis. It's 3 stories and the top floor has been hot in the summer since we moved it. Tom came out personally and spent a long time examining our current system and listening to what our concerns were. He then talked through in detail exactly what he was thinking while he was there.

The proposal he gave us was not the cheapest proposal - but it was complete: all the electrical and carpentry work was included. In addition to the clear experience this company has with older houses, not having to find our own electrician and/or carpenter was a big plus. Also, at least at the time we went with this company they offered a discount if you were flexible in time of installation, which we were.

When they did the work the crew was friendly, on-time, and unobtrusive (at least as much as you can be with a major AC installation. They cleaned up at the end of each day and there was no large messes when the project was complete.

I would recommend this company, particularly to anyone with an old house that needs creative solutions for cooling odd spaces.

Very satisfied with our experience from beginning to end! Our AC wasn’t cooling mid day on a Friday. Called Jan at the business and Wes came by between appointments and confirmed the AC was done. Doug came by shortly there after and measured and presented a bid as well as checking for the units available. We accepted and the unit was delivered Monday morning. Scott was here bright and early and had us cool by mid afternoon. Put in a digital thermometer as well.
Consistently cool throughout the house now which is a huge improvement.
We have used them for years and will continue to do so.
