Climate Masters Heating and Cooling

Climate Masters replaced an old HVAC system in an almost 100-year old apartment building. The steam heat was limping along and the air-conditioning was an obscure system put in 30 or more years ago. It was less than 2 weeks between the time I signed the contract and the new system was installed. It only took them about 3 days to do the work. Everything was done well and without subsequent problems. I would use Climate Masters again for any type of HVAC work.

We used Climate Masters to replace our ancient HVAC System and AC. They were friendly and very professional and gave us a wide range of replacement options and prices, explaining the pros and cons of them all. They didn't try and upsell if not needed and the crew that did the installation was fast and so easy to deal with. Would use again in a heartbeat if needed!

We've used Climate Masters for almost 20 years for our AC & Boiler maintenance . They installed a new AC & heat pump a couple of years ago for our 1st & 2nd floor and did a great job with the project. We just had them install a completely new AC unit- including ducts and vents on our 3rd floor. Tom Becker helped us decide duct vs ductless for our space & outlined different options for us. The installation team was punctual, tidy, and did great work.

We enjoyed working with Tom and his crew on this HVAC project in our house. The existing system had been added upon several times during remodeling and did not get sufficient air to every part of the house. Tom devised a new system, furnace placement and new ducts which now provides beautiful flow to all areas of the home. His crew were professional and very diligent in their workmanship. Always polite when interacting with us and hard workers. They produced a top quality installation and were willing to discuss questions that came up during the project. We were very satisfied with the end result and will use Climate Masters again on a remodeling project we have coming up in the future.

After putting off a new HVAC system for years, we finally had a new system installed. Our previous system was not installed by them but they would service our AC during peek months on a moments notice. We decided to go with Climate Masters because of their customer service, knowledgable staff, and their highly skilled union technicians. We will definitely use Climate Masters in the future.

After a second winter of having issues with my Nest thermostat controlling the boiler/radiator heating system in my house, we finally got it fixed thanks to Climate Masters. The first two companies that came out were not only unable to diagnose the problem correctly but did work that didn't fix anything. Carl was very patient and thorough and was so confident in his solution he said I wouldn't have to pay if it didn't work. It did and now our old house is toasty warm 24/7!

Climate Masters was very quick to respond to my problem when my heater went out. They showed up the same day I called and quickly got it back on. Then I decided to replace my AC and furnace, and they were very nice to work with and had fair pricing.

My furnace was making rattling noise and burning early Thursday morning and I had to turn off my heat in the cold weather. I called climate masters and they were able to send out someone that very afternoon. He was very informative. The next day, the owner of the company came over and assisted in picking out the best new furnace/features for my house. The furnace was installed on Monday. The company was very responsive to my needs and went out of their way to help me.

Climate Masters did great work and the installers were very respectful. In speaking with multiple companies to get a bid, this was one of the only companies that sent out someone with extensive knowledge instead of a typical salesman. Tom's experience really helped in problem solving some duct work that had been installed poorly by prior owners. He was a pleasure to speak with and I would use them again.

I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. The project consisted of installing air conditioning on the 2nd floor of a 92 year old brick home. The project was scheduled for five work days. The crew arrived on schedule, gave me a verbal work plan and began work immediately. They were very careful and did not damage any areas of the ceiling outside of what was needed for the installation. The work areas were cleaned up after each day’s work and I was given the schedule for the following day.
The project was completed on time and there were no unexpected costs.
Follow-up has been excellent.
