This company has not failed to be knowledgable and prompt. When I call to request an appointment, they work me in. After giving us the best deal for a new Bryant furnace and AC, we hired them to do the ducting and plumbing in our basement. We are finishing our entire basement ourselves, so piece-mealing the process. They have been kind and understanding and extremely accommodating. Their professionals didn't smoke when asked not to, so as not to bring it into our home and that, to me, shows courtesy to your customer which earns big brownie points. Their employees were also extremely knowledgeable with codes and requirements so we aren't expecting any surprises when the inspector comes through. Very happy with this company.
UPDATE: 7/2020 As expected we have had no issues and are extremely happy with the new unit. Upstairs is cool even on the hottest days. Basement ducting is actually pleasant to look at and, again, their service response time is amazing!

Good response from my initial call concerning my AC, and the technician arrived the following day on time. The technician was very professional in testing out my system and in talking through the details with me. He was also honest about what I needed (and also what I didn't need which may be more important). He also was able to provide some options for replacing the unit in the future.

Brett and his team did a fabulous job installing a new furnace and water heater for us. They were flexible with scheduling to meet our needs and the quality of work and clean up afterwards was superb. I also feel the pricing was very competitive.

I will definitely use the team for my future H&C needs. (Also, when the county inspector did his inspection, he too complemented the quality of workmanship he saw).

Our a/c went out, of course on the hottest day of the year! My wife was panicked, we have two kids and 4 pets. I called Dunn on Thursday evening. Spoke with Brett the president of the company. He was great!! They had a guy out at 8am Friday. Nathan was our tech. He was polite, honest and quick. He explained everything, was respectful, and didn’t make us feel like idiots. And the price was completely reasonable!!!

Two years ago Dunn was there for us in the middle of summer when our air-conditioning went out. Nathan efficiently replaced my a/c outside unit fan motor which failed but was covered under warranty. He was courteous, personable and professional.
