AC went out in the evening they were out to look the next morning. I have an infant in the house so I needed service ASAP. Repair was done in less than 2 hours. Farrell was polite and professional. We appreciated everything, from the promptness to the repair.

Very professional and knowledgeable! We had our HVAC system replaced in 2020 when our nearly 30 year old furnace died mid-winter while I was pregnant. They were available immediately and helped us pick the right energy efficient units for our home, plus they filed the rebate with ameren to take some cost off our total and had easy financing for such a large purchase.
We just had a spring cleaning and maintenance check this morning with Farrell and service was fantastic again. He was very personable and had fun giving my son high fives and making him feel special. He called ahead, was on time, got straight to work, and even fixed our hot water heater. He is a great asset to the company!

Great experience! I called in the morning and someone showed up just a few hours later. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. My capacitor was out. Ferrell (I hope I spelled it right) was my guy and he was very professional and explained everything and told me the cost prior to fixing it. Thank goodness because it's been 100 degrees lately.

My A/C fan/compressor malfunctioned last night at around 9:30 p.m. I suspected a malfunctioning capacitor. Called Dunn early in the morning, and Dunn got Aaron out to my house before 4:00 p.m. I am happy with the speedy service and I was happy with the cool air. I would definitely use them again.

Fast, professional, personable, knowledgeable! Nathan arrived, very pleasant demeanor. Found the problem, and showed it me (where the malfunctioning part was located, and the RESET), replaced it quickly, and was gone within less than an hour! Will definitely use again, and tell my friends!
