We had a complete outage of our furnace the day of the big storm - below zero temps right before Christmas. The company got us working when we couldn’t find anyone else to help us out before the weekend- and then came back to do furnace maintenance check today at a very reasonable price.

Rob was friendly and great! It was an easy process to set up an appointment and make last minute changes due to the storms.

This company responded very quickly the technician was very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous well worth the money.

They were very knowledgeable and fixed numerous problems caused by another horrible HVAC company. They were fast and extremely professional. I will be using them again for future work.

It was an issue that could have been resolved on my own but he gave me piece of mind by confirming that I was not off. I will definitely call back to add an additional vent if the option we are testing out doesn’t work.

I had a very unfortunate incident happened to me. These guys came quickly promptly gave me a very reasonable price and got right to work.

One Hour Heating & Air exceeded my expectations. We recently had one of our AC units go out and needed to be replaced. Brett was thorough in showing me my options and was able to fit me in the following week to get us up and running. We ended up not only replacing one the AC unit, but replaced both systems including furnaces in our house. since they were both over 20 years old. I went with Trane/RunTru units and is something I'd highly recommend people researching before going with any other brand. We could've save a little and went with a lesser cost brand, but you may end up gambling on future service/reliability issues.

I could not be happier with my choice and highly recommend them to anyone needing any services to their HVAC done.
