My 26 year old water heater started leaking. I called four companies and Dunn’s was the only one who could do it same day and they were competitively priced. Dunn installed our all electric HVAC (heat pump) July of 2019 and it has performed flawlessly. Our electric bill went from $3-400 a month to $130-170.
We have the spring and fall maintenance performed by Robert and he is very customer service oriented and professional.

My property was recently flooded. AC, Furnace, water heaters all were drowned in over 6ft of water. Brett came out to give me a quote and checked different options other HVAC companies did not even attempt to do. He was also the only one that pointed out an issue of grounding on gas pipes. Very meticulous work! The price was very affordable, I got lot of help with their financing, I was on the schedule quickly, he even offered some ACs in mean time while the AC was out. I just cannot say enough good things about them. The office staff rocks, the team that did the install was courteous and professional. If I could give 100 stars to this company I would. Really EXCEPTIONAL, highly recommend!

First time using JT Dunn and they were fantastic! Robert couldn’t have been nicer and took his time in repairing our gas line. Can’t thank him enough!

Ferrell was very thorough and completely took care of several issues I had with my A/C system. He gave me advice on Air Filter selection, in that Honeywell makes unique filter outline that fits better in my filter compartment. He also advised (I asked) about annual maintenance that I can get two service calls for $198 one for Heating system and one for Cooling system per year. These are normally 119 each but packaged together you get 20% off of each.

Nathan was able to fit us in early in his day to get our air conditioning working again. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and had our AC working again in around half an hour! We are very thankful on this hot day to have such quick service.

We made an emergency call the night before and they were super helpful. They were able to get to us early and were right on time. Farrell was super professional and quickly found our issue and fixed quickly. Definitely would recommend them.
