Meyer Heating & Air

Meyer Heating and Air always has great service. They give you a 3 hour time of when the tech will be there, they send you updates via text the day of for when the tech will be there, and even send a picture of who it is, which is awesome. Most importantly they don't force you to do something to your system. They make recommendations on when you should do something by/how long that part might last and give costs up front. Paul (Supervisor) and Jamal (Tech) are the ones who have come out that have been great! I think it's rare to see a Supervisor taking on jobs at a company and I think it shows professionalism in having their Supervisors remain in touch with service aspects of the job. Both were extremely kind, personable while professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly efficient. Highly recommend Meyer Heating and Air!

ive used meyer heating and air for several smaller issues ive had since approx 2008. in 2022, i needed an a/c unit replaced. (all) the gentlemen who were there to estimate and install the unit were very professional, respectful of my time, money and property and genuinely kind. very good people; in fact, i wish i could call a few out by name. more recently, i had an annual maintenance check. jamal, the gentleman who came out today was outstanding, absolutely stellar.

Jamal my tech was wonderful. Explained everything he was doing & what needed to be done. Took his time & was very thorough.

I will only use Meyer for my HVAC. I had a full HVAC replacement, including ductwork, zoning, and adding an air purifier/humidifier. They were very responsive, on time, professional, and nice to my dog. I could not ask for a better experience.

Great customer service and follow up. I received updates the days leading up to my day of service. Then the day of, I receive a mms with a picture and bio of my tech, Emin. Emin was knowledgeable and truthful about my families needs. He found some issues, advised of the options, and ultimately was able to repair it, that day. Emin also provided an estimate for an ongoing service agreement. Thank you all!!!!
