Brandon, is the best technician you folks have. He is professional, courteous, and most of all patient in answering questions and explaining mechanical problems and options going forward. People want to know why their system broke down. It is important to have someone explain the reasons without the customer feeling that the technician is in a rush or trying to sell them a new piece of equipment. The company is lucky to have him. My 15 years experience with Meyer Heating & Air reveals that they are a company that can be trusted!

let me tell you a few things about my experience with Meyer Heating and Air.
First off Brandon came out the same evening I called to get a second opinion on my old ac unit from 1997. When her arrived he was very understanding and empathetic toward my situation. During the evaluation he presented me with seven resolutions to choose from with positive and negative effects. He DIDN'T try the "used car sales tactics" like the prior experiences I have had. At the end of the evaluation he made it clear that he was always available for any questions I may have and didn't even charge me the $75 fee for the inspection. After my wife and I went over the options we made a decision that we were hesitant on. I called Brandon about it and after getting it scheduled Brandon went above and beyond to get us what we really needed. When scheduling for the installation of the hvac system I spoke with Karen. Karen had a date set out two and a half weeks out and assured me that if my system stopped before my installation she would have a technician bring out a temporary in home unit. To my surprise Karen called again on Monday and explained that she had a cancelation and could install Tuesday two weeks early. I obviously said yes. On Tuesday Trevor and Jack showed up promptly at 8:30am for the installation. During installation they both were very respectful and motivated to complete the install. At the end of the installation Trevor walked me through all of my new equipment showing me how to preform the basic things as well as what to do in case anything goes wrong. After Trevor and Jack left there were no signs of any trash or dirt from them spending 7.5 hours installing, everything was clear and clean like it never happened. Overall my experience with Meyer has been 100% 5 stars. I was even able to speak with Mike about his workforce and got some insight to how he runs his business. This is a wonderful opportunity for you as a consumer to experience and support a local business that cares about the customer and employees. So if you are in the market for a new HVAC company give Meyer Heating and Air a chance to show you what they showed me.
