Hoffmann Brothers

Completely ignored city code when replacing the water line. It did not past inspection. Took 4 weeks to come connect the water line to the main. DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! Failed to refill the hole they dug up at the foundation of my home. We sustained 1 ft of water in our basement.

I spoke on the phone and emailed over photos to the plumbing field manager. I did not hear back from him for 4 weeks.

Shannan, was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional to call someone at their place of work and proceed to raise your voice at them.

Disappointed in the service, attentiveness, and lack responsibility to accept their faults in this project.

Tried to get a quote for Hvac replacement, went through quote inspection, they gave ballpark estimate and then never followed up. Found another company that was significantly cheaper than their estimate. Apparently this is common, recommend looking elswehere

Installed mechanical interlock on panel as well as a generator inlet. I am a repeat customer of Hoffmann Brothers over the years (electrical modifications & installs, tankless h/w heater install, furnace repairs, etc.). As long as they keep doing quality work at a good price, I'll struggle to go elsewhere. I'm sure you can save a few pennies by shopping around, but when you're spending hundreds (sometimes thousands) of dollars on a durable good, why not go with a sure thing vs. coupon-clipping? This electrician was on-par with my previous experiences with Hoffmann Brothers - professional/courteous and did high quality work.

Did a great job replacing my two light fixtures. Very pleasant and professional.

We used this company to obtain an estimate for electrical repairs prior to selling our home. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering us advice. He also was very prompt in sending us our bid.
