Technician came out, diagnosed the situation and told me in layman's terms what the problem was and what the resolution was. Also how much it would cost. Replaced plug with a up to code tamper resistant plugin. Super satisfied and I recommend them and I will also be using them in the future. By the way, my technician was Joe Fields.

The service was 5 star. Darin came on time to the estimate and gave me a thorough understanding of the need and the cost for my electric vehicle charging equipment. He asked if I wanted the work done that day which I did. He installed the equipment including a safety shut off that another company neglected in their estimate. He went above and beyond.

Mike was very prompt. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood. He was thorough in his analysis of the outlets I had him check. He installed my new light in my kitchen and fixed a couple outlets very quickly and it looks great!

Joseph, the electrician who came on site to repair items in our home was very cordial, professional, explanative, thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and has humble quality about himself. If he didn't know something, he respectfully advised to check with Hoffman Service if it was something he could not answer regarding future renovations that we inquired about.
Joseph came into our home, put his covers over his shoes then asked to show him where the problems were at.
He communicated and responded to our questions, provided the estimate and even gave us information on the service club membership with Hoffman and what all that entails.
Anything that was added during the troubleshoot and service, he showed us first then confirmed it on his Ipad whether we'd approve of the work to be done. Yes, I'd call Hoffman Brothers and ask for Joe again for our electrical needs. Joe had the parts available in his truck and he was able to handle to Service Request within a couple of hours or less I believe. Yes, as we have done in the past for plumbing, we recommend Hoffman Brother for electrical needs also. Just call them up and let them know what problem you are having; they will let you know if they can help! I like the communication Hoffman Brothers provided with the notifications via text and also service calling beforehand to let us know when the Electrician will be coming to our home.

Jake Petric visited our home to give us a quote on a panel replacement. He was informative, professional and friendly. He anticipated several items that may factor into our planned renovation for the space and suggested solutions. Not really an electric wire repair. Running new electricity to a bedroom and installing a light/ ceiling fan. He was very professional. We had bought the fan we wanted installed, there was a missing part. He was very patient with me as I tend to overreact. Very good job!!!! Can provide quality work. Unfortunately if you have a home generator and they services it they will not offer a surge protector. Now if you purchase one from them they will. Surge protectors will protect your appliance if there's a electrical surge. We had Hoffman Brothers out to service our generator. And a week later we had a electrical surge. The serviceman came out a week later after paying six hundred dollars to service our home generator and said we should have had a surge protector. Now if they would have told us when we had it serviced we would have purchased one at the time for a few extra hundred dollars. Now we're spending close to twenty five hundred. Why would they have not ask us at the time if we had a surge protector if that's what we needed to protect our appliance. Good question you ask yourself? Well Hoffman Brothers have something called customer advocate personnel. I explained if they would have told us to purchase it when they had it serviced we would have, instead they only do it if you purchase one from them. Think about it to me that doesn't make any sense. I told him they need to offer customers a home surge protector for there home generator even if they don't sell the generator and only service them. They tell me they wouldn't have known because they didn't go inside. Poor excuse. If you need something to protect your appliance, they should at least tell you that's called common courtesy. Long story short Hoffman Brothers does not have any common courtesy, better do your homework before you use Hoffman Brothers.

Following a pretty devastating flash flood, my electrical system was shot. Hoffman Brothers took care of everything. The electricians were very professional, polite, and completed the work on time. Will definitely be doing business with Hoffmann again.
